Cool. Speaking of the Ninjago books, I'm looking for a Ninjago book that contains the two winning entries of the Write Like a Ninja Contest that was held the LMBs, but I don't remember the name of the book ever since the LMBs closed. Do you remember which book it was?
No, sorry! I never really got into Ninjago stories until now. @princess Wolf has a realllllyyy good story I have got into.
When they saw your builds, were they ever like; "Teach us your ways, O Grand Master Builder"?
Ah, yes. It's always funny looking back on the beginning and seeing the character dynamics then. They had no idea what character development was in store for them. Wow, that's right, it wasn't very big at the time. . . I don't think I ever even heard of it until we joined the old MBs. However, I do have this distant recollection of seeing an advertisement for the show on TV. . . as I recall, Kai was scrubbing the toilet.
Not really. They weren't interested in how to build LEGO creations, but they were interested in what LEGO building is as a hobby and an art besides being a kid's toy.
Yep. I think one of my favorite parts when I watched the pilots back then was when Jay was interested in Nya for the first time. Ah, very interesting. I don't think I've seen that advertisement of Kai scrubbing the toilet, but that's pretty funny.
Ah, well, good enough. At least your passion became way cooler to the world.
Aww-ha-aw. . . And so it begins, one of our dearest ships ever. It's funny how it started out as a little humorous sub-plot thing, but eventually grew and escalated into something bigger. It looked old, but it could have come out around ToD for all I know. xD I think the voice-over speaker was being humorously dramatic as he described the discipline and hard work it took to be a ninja, and there were some clips of Kai training with Wu, but the punch line was him scrubbing the toilet in full uniform.

Yep. Just enough to make LEGO building look cool.
It's pretty funny how that started. Jay was trying to ask Nya if her favorite color was blue, but his voice went out, so Cole had to ask it for him. That's pretty hilarious. Being a ninja means working hard and taking care of yourself, like maintaining bathroom hygiene.

Yup.
That scene is still clear in my head.. Jay: *feeble rasp* Zane: "He cannot talk, but, he wants to know if you like blue." Nya: mentally brushes away bewilderment at weird question "My favorite color." Jay: *weak fist pump* YES. Yup. I mean, how can you know the true essence of being a ninja warrior if you can't even clean your own bathroom? These are serious things to know, kids.
