Yup. We have a couple moderators, and they are going to get more. Sadly right now though they can be busy sometimes and there can be 5-10 hour periods without any new posts:(. Hopefully they will get more soon though:).

There should be a Malestrom HQ as well.
Why? We are doing a story based roleplay where everybody is part of the Nexus Force. Why would we need a Maelstrom HQ:S?

It seems that is is almost more of a story than a RP. Beside in the city rp they don't have an evil side.

It's a roleplay as we play the role of different characters. There are plenty of roleplays that worked similarly. Not all roleplays have to be fighting based:S. And BTW, LEGO City Roleplay is mostly just cops vs criminals:P.

Not at the end. At the end there were mostly just one topic roleplays. If you really want to though we do a GM one which is what you seem to be talking about:).

I don't remember LURP ever being as you describe, Diglett. I was part of it toward the latter part of its life. At that point, we did do more story-based RP-ing for the lack of people, but not in that way. Instead of everyone being Nexus Force, some people were in multiple HQs with different characters, leading the story (or some archs of it) as both good and bad.
I don't think it'd be bad to have a Maelstrom HQ, but indeed we don't have enough people to have seperate members in each.

I remember multiple single topic roleplays where this happened. I forget the names, but one for example was about post LU with minfigures trying to defeat the Maelstrom after the factions were disbanded. I guess we could do it your way though with multiple characters:).
