Welcome, Interloper, You’ve just stepped into Forgotten Controlled Territory, which means you must state your allegiance to the Trihex at once!
We here at the Southernfell welcome most and many trade. Sure we are somewhat landlocked, but a couple rivers flow through our sacred homeland so we can gain access to our Western Sea bases and such. A heavily lush grassland/forest mixed landscape with various landformes as well. An varied landscape, in a more tropical south, but we often do get snow here from Swampland Rainsheilds. Here’s a (exaggerated) photo of our lands below!
We have many open boarders (except the ones on Croc Territory, they are Untouchables compared to us), and we welcome a heavily diverse tribe made up of the following species:

Ravens (2nd Largest Sect)
Spiders (Tied with Ravens for 2nd)
Scorpions (Largest sect and founding tribe)
Bears
Rhinos
Bats (Smallest sect)
Less-than-nominal Ice Hunter Minority
Less-than-nominal Fire-Tribes Minority
Less-than-nominal Minor Tribes Minority
We often get into battles and numerous wars at the same time, giving us an excellent military across all of chima, made from combined tribal forces of those listed above, giving us all power within chima, be it elemental, chi-based, or anything. We have a vast array of technologies from said conglomerated tribes, and we allwelcome every race equally and with respect. We aren’t a “Free-State” for nothing...
We are located just directly south of Mt. Cavora, East of Croc Territory and South of Lion Territory, we are on good terms with out Bear and Gorilla neighbors, and give them unprecedented amounts of trade to them. They are grateful for our heavy industries and invalued Military presence. Our HQ is located in a small island in a small pond in our territory, we defend it fiercely and heavily qith all our undying lives, loyal to the Trihex, fanatically!

All in all, this land is no longer “Unclaimed” as it used to be...
-Scrambles to get things set up here and blah blah blah- Welcome Occupant, to these hither unclaimed lands, suited for almost anything you can ever desire, this is not like the Great Plains, nor Iron mountains, no sir, this land is mixed and unique! ... and... under occupational rule by the Ice Hunters but hey, the Forgotten's come to kick their bricky butts and claim this land for Spain! Wait, Spain? Er, make that "Southern-Fell" or "Lurrak Ahaztuak!" or... SOMETHING!!!
Buuuuut if you are wanting to have... whatever here take place in this space in the chima map (below, do right-click to open image in new tab), do feel free to have a shared land as well if you can not bother the other occupant(s). Anyway, yeah, in all seriousness, this land was both frozen over and claimed by the Icebears a while ago, and all its inhabitants (Imperial Scorpions, neutral rhinos living with the scorpions, and maybe some more neutral animals) were frozen as well. The icebears eventually left to reinforce their Glacier, and the frozen prisoners have since been rescued, but before anyone could move back here, this frozen region was taken over by the Sabertooth Tigers, who started building bases here. And that brings us to where we are now.

-and by seemingly a random twist of fate, Saban's men all managed to wander themselves here into freindly territory as if on accident, leaving Saban lost in the great Forest...-
-And yet, this mission was also completely unauthorized, due to Saban's spontaneity.-
A large chunk of the Sabretooth Army, driven from the Crocodile Swamp, enter the western part of this territory and quickly start consolidating their power here, using their powers to lower the temperature and create snowclouds, making it cold enough that any Fire Chi that enters the area will be drained faster than usual just keeping its wilder alive.
They set up camp a short way in, and start to create fortifications of ice, stone and frozen earth.

OOC: If the Crescent is in the RP, buildings were definitely constructed on it by the Crawler Empire when it owned this land. And if it can't freeze, that presents a plot hole, because most if not all the crawlers here would've just crammed into the buildings they built on the Crescent when the Icebears invaded this region.
