Today we lost a legend He inspired so much creativity, science, art, and gave strength, self-expression, motivation, and true heroes to billions of people the world around for generations and will continue to do so for generations into the future. If Stan Lee inspired you, this is the place to express it.

I tried to also post a quick memorial of him in the Quotes and Author's Chat Club topic... But autocorrect changed his name from Stan to "Sand" Lee... Oh well... I will always be kinda disappointed to not see his cameos in the future Marvel movies anymore, but I hope they don't CGI him in there...

I don't think they'd do that, they promised not to with Carrie Fisher and I can't see them doing it to Stan. But his next few cameos will be very bittersweet, and if Avengers 4 is his final cameo it will be heartbreaking and tragically fitting.

How true. Yes that would be sad...yet as you say, fitting as well.

It seems likely that they'll use CGI to keep his image throughout the movies. They used Carrie Fisher in Star Wars after she passed, so we could be seeing more of Stan Lee in the future

They've never CGIed Carrie Fisher since her death. Her part in Episode VIII was already filmed, and for IX they're using archive footage.

Yeah the most she was CG'ed was in Rogue One but that was because they wanted to make her young. Although, they did totally CG Peter Cushing in that movie too long after his death.

Yes, but that was before her death and they had her approval. Also, I heard Peter Cushing allowed that in his will or something but that may have been baseless rumor. They definitely got permission from his estate, though. And either way, it's a lot different in Star Wars where it's all about keeping CONtinuity. That's extremely important to Star Wars. With Stan Lee, we're just talking about a running gag of 4th-wall-breaking Easter eggs.
