People say that Episode VII is a reboot of a New Hope well that is short of true, I realized all three Star Wars trilogies are basically the same -


The main character of the trilogy is from a terrible desert planet

Anakin and Luke are both from Tatooine 

Rey is from Jakku 

which are both desert planets 

The main character is a good pilot (Rey ,Luke,and Anakin are great pilots) 

There is a space station in the first movie of the trilogy  that blows up

phantom menace- the droid control ship

A New Hope-The Death Star

The force awakens- starkiller base

there is one where the bad guys win

Revenge of the Sith,The empire strikes back,the Last Jedi 

There is a mentor Jedi that is a master of trolling 
obi-wan (prequel and original) Luke 
there is a mentor character in the first movie of the trilogy that gets defeated by a villain 
(Qui-qon,obi-wan,and Han)

The main character learns about the force from the mentor character at the beginning of the trilogy 
Qui-qon-Anakin,Obi-wan- Luke and Han-Rey 

The trilogy ends with an emotional lightsaber duel 
obi-wan vs. Anakin, Luke vs. Vader, possibly Rey vs. Kylo Ren or Luke comes back to life somehow making it Luke vs. Kylo Ren.

Has anyone else noticed this?
