Welcome to Dol Amroth! The Knights of the Swan have always helped Gondor in battle. The city was built by Adrahil of Belfalas, and its gates have never yet been broken! I am Elphiril, Prince of Dol Amroth and Lord of Belfalas.

Prince Ephiril gives a speach to his people, from a balcony overlooking the city.
''Men of Dol Amroth! Knights of the Swan! Our lands are threatened, and evil is rising! We must rise to meet it, and drive it back into the abyss from whence it came!''
The people cheer, praising the Prince of Knights of the City.
''Knights, to the walls, we ride, and sail, to victory!''
Once all men are assembled, they are split into groups, which then board transport ships or leave the city by land.
1, 000 Swan Knights and 125 Adrahil's Riders leave for Lebennin.
The Fleet sails out. Of the Battleships, 5 are garrisoned with Corsair's Banes and 10 are garrisoned with Coastal Marines. The other 10 Battleships, 20 Siege Ships, 30 Frigates and 55 Destroyers are ungarrisoned.
All other forces board 8 Transport ships, which join the Fleet and sail south.
The Royal Guard of the Prince, along with 500 Dol Amroth Archers and 500 Men-at-Arms, remain in the city.
Ephiril stays to supervise the placement of war engines around the city.
Gwathanor, long the Lord and Chief Marshal of the Swan, Warden of Tirith Aear, and Honoured Defender of the Tree of Ithilien and Osgiliath, lounges in his suite overlooking the sea.
It had been long since he had taken up arms against the enemy, but word now came of an evil resurgent.
"It is the toils of other men today. My part in this struggle has ended."
But despite retirement, Gwathanor looks forward to his newfound freedom, and wonders if the new Warden will ever require his vast knowledge of the Seaward, and its Corps that he himself had largely developed.
*11 days ago, a Destroyer sailed in. Between then and now, the losses from Tolsfalas regenerated. They sail away today.*
*Nulled*
The battle is still going on and your troops are still engaged and so can not be regenerated.
How can the battle there affect what happens here? There is no battle here, meaning troops can be generated. I cannot build ships at the island, but I can here. You could equally be building more ships at Umbar.

Because the troops are still fighting. Ask emeraldeddie or Bobbywan or someone else. They will tell you what I said, or something along those lines.

Sorry Sham, 8L is right on this one. In order to regenerate, all your troops must have either been destroyed or left the region. Can't regen until then.

The reason why we have this rule, is to prevent battles from lasting forever. Imagine if we could just keep throwing more troops into battle.
