On that note there was a topic where someone was giving physiological help because of people being so attached to their ninjago minifigs. Are we speaking of the same thing perchance? XD
I don't know, maybe. I don't remember that, but it sounds really funny. xD
Well that's stupid. Everyone knows that's a psychological issue and not a physiological one.
In all seriousness though I would need to see just how attached they are to their minifigs before I judge someone like that. Keeping a toy from a franchise you love -- even if it's a guilty pleasure, is nothing to be ashamed of. In fact I would go as far as to say it's something to be celebrated in this community. Do you know how few people can say that they were a fan of and still have BIONICLE?

Spellcheck.
They confessed many slightly off behaviors such as needing to have them always near or in arms reach. Agreed. But they seemed to be letting it grow into something more dangerous. Me and my bro had Bionicle, liked it to. May still have some but we moved a lot and it's hard to keep things like lego tied down.
I for one will never forget the decrepit state of constant trolling the BIONICLE forum had fallen into toward the end of the original LMBs lifetime...
*shudders* scary stuff
In particular there was one user in particular who I think most BIONICLE forum posters can remember who was... particularly naughty. He would invariably post either complete nonsense, blatant insults, or a mixture of the two, with no explanation.
Oh, and he intentionally didn't spell anything he wrote correctly.
It was a very bizarre time for us all... except for those who apparently enjoyed his trolling.
I can't tell if you're talking about Syndrome or bicm. Though bicm did give us this:
"so you know what hero factory is better than bionicle OF bionicle because HERO FACTORY IS BETTER THAN BIONICLE!!!!!"

Actually, I meant funny in the sense that people would feel. . . *thinks of polite word* . . . attracted to their LEGO mini-figures. I'm all for our childhood toys and the joy they brought living on in our hearts for years to come.

Oh gosh.
Yeah... no. Put those things up on eBay! Lol
And FOR SURE keep the Coles and Jays separated from the Nyas!

Well, that's what I think he said.
They were one in the same if I recall.
But... yeah, that quote was a particularly... there's no fitting word I can say here that isn't an egregious breach in this website's code of conduct
The ninjago fans who thought Legends of Chima was going to replace Ninjago
The Parents Cafe that had no parents
The anti Lego Simpsons topics that caused a division between the Lego fanbase.
The I guess you could say ‘rivalry ‘ between Hero Factory and Bionicle.
Those were my I guess you crazy and funny experiences from the Lego message boards.
Oh and the users on the classics forum talking about the biggest fail in Lego history...................Galidor.
@bolded: HAHA YES! I remember that!!!!
I especially LOVE the fact that nearly EVERY single topic in the Parents Café was locked because all of the 'adults' couldn't hold down a mature conversation! It was absolutely delightful to watch White Alligator CONSTANTLY patronize and corral all those people as if they were children! XD
Which, let's be honest: most of them were adults. Just not very smart ones.
