Suddenly, she hears her door being pounded. She wields her short sword in front of her waiting to see who would come in. She waits a few more heart pounding seconds... ...and then there was a crash. The door exploded and the two cloaked men drew their longswords in front of them.
"You're coming with us, young lady." The bearded one says.
"Get away from me!" She yells back as she swung her sword in front of her. The two cloaked men stepped back a bit before rushing towards her. She jumps up onto the bed and the cloaked men surrounded her with the hooked nose man on her right. The chain is dangling on the side of the bed still connected to the leg of the bed, but she had an idea.
The hooked-nose man lunges forward and Joy kicks her right leg forward. Her right leg still had the chain, but the loose length wrapped around his sword and tightened across like a coil. She kicks her right leg back in and pulls the sword from out of the hooked-nose man's hand, and she grabs it in the air.
"Nice try, I have two swords now." She says confidently. The hooked-nose man clumsily charges for her, but she kicks him in the face and he falls backward and goes unconscious.
"You're next." She said to the bearded man. He lunges forward with his sword, and Joy forms an X with her swords to block and push the bearded man back. She jumps off the bed and slashes his beard, trimming it just like last time, and he becomes shocked. He slashes his sword again and she blocks and slashes back. They continue slashing, blocking, and dodging every attack from each other until finally, Joy uses both swords to push the bearded man's sword away from his hand, embedding it into the wall. Joy kicks him to the ground and point her swords at his face.
"Any last words?" She says with intimidation.
Suddenly, she gets pulled back from her feet, falls to the ground, and drops both of her swords. The hooked-nose man had woken up and pulled on the chain that made her fall.
The hooked-nose man pulls out some rope and ties her legs together, and the bearded man ties her arms together. Joy tries to squirm her way out, but they were too strong.
"No last words for me today." The bearded man replies.
*people in the audience furiously take notes and clap in agreement*
