In this thread/topic we can theorize what sorts of things would happen if LEGO Chima came back.
Hopefully a Chima reboot would be better than the second half of Bionicle G2. If Chima came back, I do think it would be a reboot, as LEGO doesn't seem to like continuing the original continuities when they bring back old themes; they create a new, simpler but similar story with the same characters to get new kid fans. Case in point, Bionicle G2 and the LEGO Ninjago movie.
Realistically speaking, that's what I think it'd actually be like if Chima came back. However, I personally don't like the reboot formula I mentioned above, and what I'd actually want to see is a soft reboot/sequel taking place in the same continuity as the original series' timeline (along the lines of Transformers: Beast Wars, in that regard). Though again, what I said in my first paragraph is what'd be more likely to happen if Chima came back.
I would like to see a season dedicated to the lands beyond Chima, although as JGREAD mentioned, it'd probably be a rebooted Chima given the fact that there haven't been sets or episodes for over 3 years.
Oh dear... I suppose nobody liked what they ACTUALLY did with Eris. (I learned to tolerate it, but I'm no shipper.) Or Laval, for that matter.
How many Chima flamewars were there, again?
Putting Laval with a Lioness, and Eric with a rynosaurus was a huge mistake.
I certainly didn't mind the idea of Laval getting with someone of his own species, although I hated Li'ella's character. Wait, Eric got with a Rhino too? I thought Eris was the only one.
