It was another day on the farm. Alex awoke right when the sun came up, like she did everyday. She grabbed some things from the chest and went outside. She mounted her horse and started riding it around the farm. Steve noticed her and yelled, "Hey, aren't you going to make breakfast?!" Alex sighed and got off her horse. She just wanted to ride around. Steve ruined everything. She went back inside and threw together some beetroot soup and leaving a bowl for Steve on the counter before running back outside again to garden. She loved gardening. Steve sighed and ate his breakfast.
~Later That Day~
Alex went inside for some lunch. She put down her farming tools and sat down at the table. She was in the middle of eating a baked potato when Steve threw the door open. He had a big smile on his face. "Oh no," Alex said aloud. "What did you do?" Steve stepped aside and there stood a girl right behind him. She had purple hair and a diamond sword in her hand. "Alex! What up!" The purple-haired girl ran over to Alex and hugged her tightly. Alex stared at Steve with wide eyes as he ran away. "What are you doing here, Clara?!" Alex exclaimed. "I came to check out what my big sis's up to!" Clara screamed when she saw a picture of a creeper Alex had painted on the wall. She slashed it with her sword. "Heh heh. Sorry, sis. Thought it was real." Clara ran upstairs and Alex heard the sound of glass breaking. "Sorry, didn't know there was a glass wall there." Alex sighed and walked outside. Steve was standing right outside the door smiling. "Why would you bring her here?!" Alex yelled. "I dunno. She's your sister." "She breaks everything she touches!" Alex yelled again. "I know. Remember how I wanted to remodel the house, but you said no? Well, after a couple days with her, we'll have no choice!" Steve started to laugh. The more he laughed, the more mad at him and Clara Alex got
Thanks for reading my story guys! And mods PLEASE accept this I spent a long time writing because I didn't like almost every sentence I wrote. But now, I do! Thanks! Bye!
Are there going to be anymore chapters? This is good.
Yes there are going to be more chapters I love writing this and I'm going to try to post one chapter every day or two. It'll probably depend on my schedule which is usually just
Lose track of time at night until 1:00AM
Wake up at noon
Eat breakfast/lunch/whichever one it is
watch TV and post on LMBE until dinner
Eat dinner
Eat ice cream (If it's Saturday or Wednesday)
Get ready for bed by 9:00 or 9:15
Repeat
So yeah, I think I'll find time somewhere in there
Alex sat on her bed looking out the window. She watched as Clara stomped through the garden, ruining all the crops. She sighed as she thought that this is the end of the farm. Within a couple hours time, all the animals will have been 'accidentally' released by Clara and the crops will be die. Alex and Steve will have no food, no water, and if this goes on for more then 24 hours, no house. Either Alex could sit back and watch the years of work she's put into this house and this farm go down the drain all because of Clara, or she could demand that Clara leave and hurt her feelings. Alex laid down on her back, facing the ceiling. She's not TRYING to ruin everything, Alex thought. She's just clumsy. Really, REALLY clumsy... She just thought that picture of the creeper was real. I... Guess I should take that as a compliment. She thought my painting was so realistic that it looked real. Alex sighed. I know I'm going to regret this, but... Here we go... She got off her bed and jumped out the window, landing in the swimming pool. She climbed out. "Why did I think that was going to work..." Alex dried off with a towel then walked up to Clara. Clara was in the middle of seeing how the gate to the animal pen worked by opening it and closing it, a pig escaping every time she opened it. "Clara, I need to talk to you." Clara stopped focusing on the gate and her attention turned toward Alex. "I need to talk to you, too." She said. "But you first." "Okay... Um..." Alex didn't know how to start. "... You seem really... Clumsy, and... I was just wondering if this... Happens often." Alex didn't know how to say this without hurting Clara's feelings. "If... What happens often?" Clara seemed confused, not hurt. "If you... Being this clumsy, happens often." "Clumsy?" Clara looked at Alex like she didn't know the meaning of the word. "Y- yeah. Like, the creeper painting, the garden, the animal pen... It's all..." There was a pause. "... Messed up..." Alex wished Clara would stop asking what she meant so she could stop having to explain. "Oh, that? No, my clumsy-ness only happens when I'm here." Clara said plainly, smiling. Now Alex was confused.
"Wh- What? What do you mean, you're only this clumsy when you come here?" Alex had no idea what Clara meant by this. "I mean, sis, that I break stuff to mess up your house!" Clara said all this with a smile on her face. Alex was stunned. "Why would you do that, Clara?!" Alex started to get really mad. "Because." Clara walked back into the house and started turning knobs on the oven. Alex's blood started boiling. Clara-- her little sister who was 16, only 2 years younger then Alex-- was purposefully trying to ruin Alex's farm, release all her animals, tear up all her paintings... Then Alex realized something. It wasn't just Clara at fault.
It was Steve, too.
Steve had invited her over because he wanted to remodel the house, and Alex had said no, so he wanted her to ruin the house so they'd have to rebuild it. Alex saw Steve put his hands on Clara's shoulders and direct her to a wall separating the crafting room from the main room. "Hey, Clara, come check out this wall..." Alex couldn't help but laugh. At Clara, her little sister trying so hard to seem intimidating by just breaking stuff, like she did when they were little. Instead, she just seemed desperate.
~ Later that day~
The sun began to set, turning the sky orange. It was beautiful. But Alex couldn't focus on beautiful right now. She had to focus on Clara. Alex took a deep breath, then walked up to Steve, who was crafting a banner to hang on the wall. "Steve, if you make Clara leave, I'll agree to remodeling the house." Alex thought that wanting to remodel instead of having everything destroyed against her will was a fair trade. "No way! If you really don't like Clara that much, I'm not stopping at a house remodel! I'm going to use this power to get you to hand over all your diamonds, gold, redstone, everything! Even though Steve and Alex lived together, doesn't mean they always get along. They were caught in caught in a storm together once, which brought them together, but that's a story that belongs in Chapter 4.
I ran through the rain. I was only 17. I had run away after a big fight with my parents. I ran crying and gasping for air. All of a sudden, I bumped into something. I fell flat on my back. I shut my eyes tight when the raindrops got into them. I slowly sat up and saw a boy. It was like he could read my mind when I wondered what his name was. "Steve." "Alex." He took my hand and helped me up. Without asking any questions he ran with me and we hid in a cave for the night. The next morning we built a house. Over the course of the next year, we had developed a farm and a 3 story house with a finished basement. 4 bedrooms in case we had guests, each bedroom with it's own bathroom. A large kitchen. A room just for crafting. It's a pretty epic house.
That's the story of how I met Steve. For three days, the only word Steve heard me say was "Alex". He talked quite a bit, but I didn't speak for a while. I'm really shy. But I'm mostly over it now. "ALEY! AAAALLLEEEYYYYYY!!!!" Clara screamed. That was her annoying nickname for me. Aley. Just replace the X with a Y. "Yeeah?!" I yelled back. She was in the living room on the first floor, and I was in my room on the top floor. I could just barely hear her. "AAAALLLEEEYYYYYY!!!!" She screeched again. "CLARA, WHAT IS IT?!" I screamed. Now she's starting to get on my nerves. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Clara screamed extremely loud at the top of her lungs. "CLARA, YOU'RE THE RUDEST PERSON IN THE WORLD! WHY DO YOU DO THIS?!?!?!? JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT TO SAY!!!!!!" I screamed this louder then I ever have before. My ears started ringing because of how loud I yelled. Suddenly I heard crying. I ran downstairs and saw Clara crying. "St- Steve!" Clara called, still crying. Steve ran in. "Clara! What's wrong?" "Alex hit me with her sword!" I realized that Clara had scratched herself on the arm. It wasn't bad, it looked just like a paper cut. "Alex!!" Steve exclaimed. "Go! Leave this house right now!" I paused. "GO!" I've never heard Steve this mad... Did Clara really just lie like that?
Alex slept on the front porch last night. Steve was really mad. All because Clara lied. Alex thought. Why would she do that?! She just straight up lied!!
Alex looked up and saw Clara looking out the window of Alex's bedroom. She looked down at Alex sleeping on the front porch and smiled. Alex yelled, "STEVE! WHY IS SHE IN MY BEDROOM?!" Steve walked out onto the porch and said, "What do you mean? You're in your bedroom right now. She's in her bedroom." Steve smiled and walked back inside. Alex almost cried. She's never cried before, aside from that one time in the forest when she met Steve. Suddenly turned and tiptoed inside. Steve was watching TV, facing away from the kitchen. He didn't notice when Alex took all the food, all the water, and all her clothes and coats from the closet. Alex then threw a black knapsack (If you don't know what that is, it's like a backpack) full of all the supplies over her shoulder and ran out the door. She made a run for the forest. In the dead of night, you could barely see her. She expected that Clara was yelling to Steve that I had run away by now, as she had been watching her from my window.
------------
I was a really fast runner. I've won lots of competitions. Every time Steve and I had a race, I always won by five seconds, at least. Within a full minute, I was out of sight of the house. Hidden by the shrubbery of the forest, I could finally breathe.
But not for long.
I felt a hand on my shoulder and turned around quickly. It was a zombie. I pulled out my diamond sword. Dang it, I thought. I forgot it was nighttime! I slashed at it with my sword and toward the town. There were people walking around on the streets, getting home late from work. I remembered that I had taken our life savings. I thought, why not? So I walked into an apartment building. I rented the apartment on the very top floor, the safest one from floods and monsters. But the thing that made me feel the most safe was that there was a lock on the door and a peephole so that if Steve or Clara came to find me, I had the option to not let them in.
I stood on my balcony watching the cars go by. I could finally relax.
I woke up the next day in my soft, rented apartment bed. Much better than the bed I had at home. I got up and took my wallet, along with my diamond sword and left the building. Sure, I took Steve and my's life savings, but it wouldn't last me long, having to pay for the apartment, food, etc. So I think it's time I got a job. I walked up and down the streets several times looking for a place that's hiring. No luck. I figured it's about lunch time, so I went to get lunch at a place that somehow slices bread in half and puts vegetables in between the slices. They call them "Subs". I walked in and, to my complete and utter happiness, there's a "Now Hiring" sign hanging above the doorway when you first come in. I rush to the counter. "Hello, I'm Alex. I hear you're hiring." "Yep, you want to try for the job?" "Sure. What do I have to do?" "Just pass a quick interview. Where do you live?" I almost said 'On a farm to the west of here.' before remembering the apartment. "In an apartment around the corner." "Have you ever had a job before?" "No, but I've worked on a farm all my life, and I'm a great hunter." "Hmm... Well, considering you're the only one who got here in time for the interview, you got the job." "Great! When do I start?" "Right now, if you want, or tomorrow. Your choice." I looked at the clock on the wall and saw that it was currently noon. "Well, I guess I'll start tomorrow." I was deep in thought. "I have something I need to do."
------------------------------------
I ran through the forest, almost in complete silence. I made as little noise as possible as I came close to the edge of the forest. "And a little of that... Hmm... Over there." I heard an annoyingly familiar voice say. "Here?" Another voice asked. "Perfect." I peeked around a tree and saw Steve standing on a stack of blocks, painting a picture of me with a mustache with huge letters above it saying,
I'M ALEX! I LIVE IN ROOM 509 IN THE APARTMENT IN TOWN. COME BREAK IN AND TAKE WHATEVER YOU WANT OUT OF MY WALLET!
I. Am. Furious. Clara must've followed me to town and found out where I'm living now!

Chapter 7
Okay, so let me make sure I understand this correctly: Clara followed me when I ran away from home, she knows where I live now, and she's advertising where I live telling people to come and steal from my house.
I. Am. Furious.
I turned to run back toward the apartment, but I stopped. I have an idea. I took a deep breath, then ran as fast as I could into my-- I mean-- Steve's house. I slammed the door and locked it behind me. And by locked, I mean placed 5 layers of obsidian in front of the door. "Hey! Aley! Open up, what're you doing?!" Clara shouted from the other side of the door. I quickly started gathering the rest of my things that I didn't have time to pick up before. "Steve! Get your diamond pickaxe!" Clara demanded. "Wh--where is it?!" Steve panicked. I giggled, holding the polished diamond pick. I had taken it as I ran past him and Clara on my way indoors. I ran upstairs after I heard Clara yell, "The back door!" I heard the door open and rapid footsteps behind me. I knew Clara was close behind me. I ran to the balcony door but realized that it wasn't there. Clara had gotten rid of the balcony, along with the door. I was cornered. Clara ran after me up the stairs with a look on her face that was panicked and angered at the same time. But when she looked at me, however, she smiled. "Well well well, looks like big sis is trapped." Clara slowly laughed. "What do you want?" I asked cautiously. "Why, I don't want much. Just all your money, materials, and you have to run around town yelling, "I'm such a bad hunter!" Can you do that, Aley?" Clara smirked. She raised an eyebrow in confusion when a smile spread across my face. I then turned and punched through the glass wall and leaped out the window. I landed in a pond and was beginning to climb out when Clara made a splash in the pond behind me when she jumped in. She put a hand on my shoulder to stop me. "Alright, let's make a deal here... I'll leave and give you your house and life back, but only if you find me a special Pink Diamond... Found only at the bottom of the ocean." I thought for a moment about this. Then I nodded.
-----------
Disclaimer: Pink Diamond is not an actual in-game item.
"It's really rare. It's extremely rare in 2% of the ocean, but it's fairly common in 1%." Clara smiled. "Seriously? Clara, I've never even heard of this Pink Diamond. Quit lying." "I'm not lying! Now, you better get going!" Clara pushed me into a minecart that Steve had built so that he could gather sugar cane and fish from the ocean quickly. The minecart started out slow for about three seconds, then it hit a powered rail and it shot forward. I ducked down to avoid the wind blowing in my face. I grabbed a lever and pulled it hard, expecting the minecart to stop, or at least slow down. But it didn't. It kept flying forward, at a seemingly impossible speed. And yet, it took hours to reach the ocean.
When I finally arrived I thankfully stepped out of the minecart, happy that the ride was over. "Okay, now to find that..." I trailed off as I realized that I had no idea what I'm doing. I mean, I know that I'm supposed to find the Pink Diamond, but Clara never told me how to find it. Am I supposed to dive down to the bottom of the ocean, then open my eyes, turn on a flashlight and just look around? I sighed as I sat down on the sandy beach. I noticed the sun was starting to set, so I stood up. I looked around for somewhere to sleep, and I noticed a camp with tents. There were a few girls sitting around a campfire. I sighed. I looked up and noticed a few stars in the sky. This was my only hope to survive the night. Or I could just, you know, fight off Zombies, Skeletons, Creepers, Spiders, maybe a few Endermen, and some Witches all night long. I took a deep breath and walked over to the camp. "Um, hi, I'm Alex. I don't really have anywhere to stay tonight, so..." I nervously said to the three girls. "You mean you want to stay here? Of course! We always have an extra tent, extra food, and we could always use new friends! I'm Maybi, this is Kara and Kayda." The dark-haired girl named Maybi said, pointing to a lighter-haired girl named Kayda and a purple haired girl named Kara. I suddenly felt like my orange hair was plain compared to Kara's knee-length bright purple hair. I sat down next to Maybi as Kayda handed me a plate with an apple and a slice of bread. I smiled.
