Solo a Star Wars Story review (warning spoilers)

My review on Solo a Star Wars Story-

Solo a Star Wars Story has an interesting beginning. It is interesting that Han had a love interest before Leia. Han getting his last name from an imperial officer because he didn't have one. The way Han meet chewbacca was basically almost the same way in Legends well in legends Han is working for the Empire and stops chewbacca from getting hurt and in Canon Han is being fed to the beast because he was called a deserter and meets chewbacca and helps him escape. Eventhough I liked the Last Jedi, Solo was better. Besides we saw how Han got the Falcon and running the kessel run in less than 14 12 parsecs. I wasn't really a big fan of the Darth Maul cameo. Also there are other references in the background- a mandalorian helmet and the golden idol from Raiders of the Lost Ark.

I give this movie 4/5 stars.

I hope this is where other people can voice their opinions. I loved it. It was like the clone wars stories that i loved the most, which are the ones separate from the war. I'm so tired of small group of freedom fighters take on a big galactic threat. Though how he got his last name was pretty dumb. I did love the Sabacc scenes there so well edited and really exciting. I also like the Chewbaca got a something to do and has a personality for once! Seriously Chewbaca does nothing in the original and seguel trilogy. He was pretty much Han Solos pet but now he actually leaves the mission not because Han told him but because he wanted to! Sorry about the Chewbaca rant I give the movie 8/10
