I guess I'll pick C since it's random. A happened in the movie, B would follow the instructions, and D doesn't seem possible since Emmet doesn't know he's lonely.

Emmet walks outside. As he looks he sees a homeless man walk outside.
Emmet: Hey! You. Let's eat together!
Homeless Guy: What? Really? What a nice person you are. I haven't eaten in-
Emmet: Okay.
Emmet walks back inside.
Homeless Guy: Oh...
The Homeless Guy walks inside, introduces himself as Tim and eats breakfast with Emmet.
Emmet: What do you want to do Tim?
Tim: Well I would love to-
Emmet: Watch TV? Me too!
Emmet turns on the TV.
President Business: Hi I'm President Business, President of the Octan Corp. and the World. Make sure you follow the instructions or you'll be put to sleep. Taco Tuesday coming soon!
Emmet: Ah...wait...did he just say put to sleep?
Tim: And Tacos.
TV: Tonight on "Where are my Pants..."
Should Emmet:
A- Forget about it and watch where are my pants.
B- Go report it to the police.
C- Go find a taco place for Tim and talk about it together.
