Hello everyone, today I had an idea for another single-topic Chima RP! It would not be another Fanon RP; it would be with canon species, but here's the story:
It takes place in an alternate timeline in which, when Cavora rose, a giant hole in the ground was created below it, so no tribe was able to claim the land beneath Cavora as territory. The RP starts right after the animals of Chima drink the chi, so the idea is that over time, each player's RPC recruits more and more NPCs, trying to grow the biggest faction. Each player would have to scramble to obtain territory, starting out with a patch of land, which grows into a village, which grows into a town, which grows into a city, which grows into a territory. Each player would create his or her own faction (not limited to single-species tribes), growing his or her faction over time, as the group grows into a colony, the colony grows into a tribe, the tribe grows into an empire, etc. Of course, the RP wouldn't be a peaceful civilization builder; every player would be competing to gain the most land in Chima, destroying or claiming each other's settlements with increasingly modern weapons and vehicles that start out primitive through an IC Fanon approval progression system.
The reason I think this would work best as a single-topic RP is because we would constantly be claiming or losing territory on the map, so there wouldn't be basic HQ topics like on a forum RP. What do you think of this idea?

OOC: I can see the potential with a lot of people, but can we get a lot of people?

OOC: Probably not, because if you think about it, if everyone on the main RP was on the Fanon RP, the Fanon RP would be way more active.
