Yep, but that, of course, means that I'm not particularly great at any of them. I did do fairly well in the 1600, and I got last in the 3200 but that still was third, so. . . .
Yeah, usually I hop in for the 4x4 or the 4x8 if needed, so I don't get to do as many "fun" field events. If you know how to do long jump, you should try triple jump. Like you, I can't jump that far, but so few people do triple jump that if you get last you usually get points.
Also, I forgot to mention that I usually do hurdles, but I didn't in the two meets we did (I guess we were lucky to have two).
Oh same. My coaches always try to find something for me to do xD So usually just the stuff no one likes. Oof yeah, I could probably walk the 3200 and still place because hardly anyone will run it xD They actually threw me into triple jump before our conference meet last year and at the meet the first time I didn't even land in the sand xD Tbf, I only had 2 days of learning the basics. But yeah my coach told me not to do my 3rd jump because he thought I'd break something.
Ooh I applaud anyone who hurdles. I tried them once, but I have a mental block when it comes to getting over the hurdle. xD I know some places have different distances for hurdles. We have 100m or 110m (for guys) and 300m hurdles. What do you do?
Yeah, I'm willing to do the relays and stuffs, so that's what I do a lot. You probably could walk the 3200 (some meets only have one or even zero girls doing it) but that would take so long. Yeah, so for last year I had like no practice and at states they threw me in triple jump, and states has a pretty long board, so . . . I didn't make it either.
Yep, for guys it's 110m and 300m, and girls have them 100m and 300m, much lower too, so I'd think if I could do 110m hurdles (which are higher than 300m) you could do it.

"Hello yes, I'd like to waste your time and walk for 30 minutes, 8 times around the track."Ooof, yeah the boards at the big meets are always so far away.
Okay cool. I met a girl from another state once who said she ran the 400m hurdles which is insane. O-o Idk, I am 5'2"... buuut I can't say much because some 8th grader at 4'6" gets over the 100m hurdles easily. My younger brother actually does primarily hurdles (he has the hurdling genes) and thought he would make it to sections this year...
Oh wow that's a lot, sounds like you've been busy. What kind of classes do you have for school?
Aw no, again?
Yeah, I have been. I'm taking AP Calculus AB, AP English Language and Composition, AP Comparative Government, AP U.S. Government, AP Spanish, Spanish 5, two community college science classes, and speech and debate. Also, I was on the chess club, tennis team, and track and field team, but that kind of was cancelled.
Yeah, I broke it first about five or six years ago, and it seems not to have set right, because for some reason I got a stress fracture in the same place. Now I have to stop running.
