Back when this hangout was on the old MB's it was for old-timers who were around before the 2012 update. But not many are left here now so it really doesn't matter much lol

Mmm, I'm really not sure anymore. It used to mean just the rank "Old Timer", back when it meant you were active for a long time, then it meant anyone from before the 2012 Migration, now I guess it means that you're somewhere between 2-4+ years active on the LEGO.com Message Boards or so.
