Anyone remember Lego Adventurers? No? What about Pharaoh’s Quest? Anyway, I find the 1920’s-30’s aesthetics and technology used in both themes pretty cool, and combining that with Chima’s fantastic world and settings was the basis for creating Skyvault.
The core plot arcs of Legends of Chima remain mostly unchanged despite almost all of the tribes being heavily expanded and modified in terms of tech level, structure, separate factions/entities and such. A detailed lore layout does exist, but it’d be more fun to learn about the world over the course of the RP (participants play as the crew of a skycraft running goods between cities and tribes, taking on missions, exploring the world, or anything in between) so I won’t list much in the way of spoilers here.
Skyvault is set in a massive airborne archipelago centered around the isle of Chima, home to the Lion-centric Primar and the Eagle faction of Eucadia. Entirely separate wetland islands are located in the Low West (guess who lives here) and some of the original tribes featured in the show are based in these regions and many others across the island belt. Some isles are verdant, others arid, and a few are a mix of the two.

While the ancient construct Mount Cavora is still the single largest source of Chi in Skyvault, almost all the heavily settled isles conceal subterranean reservoirs of Chi orbs beneath their surfaces. These reserves are formed through interactions between clouds and the porous stonecombs forming a natural sky-isle’s underside.
The ability to plug Chi and directly wield its power is a rare rather than a ubitiqous one, possessed by a select few individuals trained to do so. (Hint: Most royal families are.) By far the largest use of Chi is in producing various fuels and weapon propellant - first by rendering it to crude votalglow in the furnaces of etherlysis plants, then by refining the luminescent liquid into more useful substances in mighty refinery-towers.
Yep, guns in Skyvault fire kinetic, physical projectiles (albeit using Chi-derived propellant). The LEGO Adventurers and Indiana Jones themes managed it perfectly well, and as long as everyone involved keeps the action within the site ratings it’ll be fine.
Okay, I don’t know which mod rejected the OP but passed posts #2 and #3. I wasn’t informed in a PM, so can you tell me why they were rejected and how to get the images in the OP onto this thread? Near-identical images posted a few months ago in my post history were deemed acceptable, so I doubt its content.

The images are in the OP. The post wasn't rejected but whoever was modding must have missed it or something, I've approved the OP post though now. The images requiring you to login to see I'm guessing is a general permissions thing across the whole forum but you'd need an eternal or someone with more access than me to confirm that. The images in OP should work fine for any member though.

Thanks so much! I was starting to think they were under the “barely related to Lego” rule, but I know a guy who does this exact kind of thing
(credit to Jon Hall)
and was thinking of convincing/bribing him to do a mockup of the first pic (a Vespius Valiant) in Lego Designer or something.
Yeah, almost forgot about it for a while. I have the fluff and lore saved on another forum, and I can start writing up the actual RP if anyone’s still interested.
