OOC: Okay, then, I have been snooping around for planets that haven't been claimed by Tuvok someone, so here is my list:
I claim the planets previously owned by the following people:
Iancameron (Terra, New Avalon, Tharkad, Luthien, Sian and Atreus) +6 planets. LegoBuilder (Run'dana, Tewoth, Xeyaliril, Yeni Dunya, Su Dunya, Olu Dunya) +6 planets. Boomer (Xizrok, Fairmoor) +2 planets. Annagr9553 (Aquilin) +1 planet. SuperJacob (Xtoniux) +1 planet.
Grand total: 8 + 16 = 24
I now have 24 planets, more than Tuvok (I think). But now I have to give most of them new names. References: Pages 4; 8; 10; 15; 30; 53.
Please correct me if somebody already claimed them. IC: Esomerian battle groups move to annex or propose an entry to the aforementioned planets, previously plunged into anarchy, into the UES. All of them agree, of course.
Upon hearing rumours of strange objects floating around, full scans of Starlit Space are conducted. Anything found has its trajectory and details recorded.
About a dozen satellites are discovered, and they seem to mostly converge to the planet of (Oceania is your capital, isn't it?). Enregistrer
The Oceania Defence Fleet is placed on high alert. The satellites are brought in by tractor beams, and placed in Faraday Cages. Teams of scientists are sent up from the planet within hours, and commence detailed studies.

IC: *The Starlight Empire is glad the UEs is an ally*
In the name of the Hdrovian High council, I claim these planets for the Aeconian empire:
Victoria, Lancaster, Harlcch, Camelot.
Planet of Freeze, Jasperius II, Jasperius Prime, Ociana, Tharna, Junghu, Orterre.
If you own any of the planets, speak now or forever hold you peace.
I own one third of the Planet of Freeze, the whole of Jasperius II, the whole of Jasperius Prime, half of Orterre, and the whole of Ociana. Also, by Tharna and Junghu, I assume you mean Thorna and Junglia.
I suggest you don't try and claim the above planets, or...

The satellites seem to be handmade, with each being distinctly different in it's appearance and quality. The constructs are of human architectural style, and share in common a large hatch, presumably leading into delicate computer, sensor and communications arrays. They also posses a powerful, yet crude, engine, giving them good sub light velocity.

Holographic recordings of the exteriors are taken and transmitted to the surface. Platoons are placed outside the Faraday Cages, while the scientists scan the satellites for lifeforms.

The satellites have been impressively sterilized, beyond normal standards even, and the only lifeforms are a few common and harmless bacteria, countable under the hundreds.

Each satellite has a similar interior: a primitive computer, with it's wires exposed, powered by some solar panels. All of them have a computer screen, with varying models, together with a keyboards. These screens lit up a few moments after the hatches open, and show the same message:

A portable computer terminal is brought to each satellite, and hooked up to the computer within. Silver Stag, the advanced AI that controls the entire Oceania computer system, starts to run potential codes past the computer, at the highest speed the old computer will allow. Meanwhile, Silver Stag searches records for any mention of BlTR Corp.
