Gixxl Prime dosn't have a memory. We never said characters would be directly brought over. We're starting again at the beginning.

i have(and probally junior too) nothing against stuff being brought over(charecters,planets,designs etc.)but when they go COMPLETLY against what the Topic Creator(IMO the sole power in a RP) has stated from square one is what i have against blaze

It's not Blaze that's the problem; it's him being from the old GWar. Mordred Starlight is my RPC, as he was in the other RP. However, the Mordred Starlight in this RP was not in the old RP, because it never happened.
The RP was reset. That means we are allowed charactes identical to our old ones, but they are not the same.
