Oh, I'm just observing as the galaxy tears itself apart. Tuvok is supposed to be the strong leader, as he's the most powerful member, but he's not doing a great job. I can fix that. 
In many other opinions I'm doing a good job.

Go back a few pages to read the rules, then the traditional start is by making a planet, but not the only way to start. Wait, I can start without making a planet?

Superweapons: 5%
Everything else: 10%
Chair on Wheels: 50%
No planet destroying, Metagaming, or being overly OP.
Also, when you null something, please give a good reason.
Other than that, everything goes! Actually, speaking of which, you're GAT can't destroy a planet, can it, Tuvok?
