Read the rules that I posted a few pages back, then make a planet!
You'll need to be more specific. What page?
I'll find them for you, hold on...
Building: Troops: 20% Superweapons: 5% Everything else: 10% Chair on Wheels: 50% No planet destroying, Metagaming, or being overly OP. Also, when you null something, please give a good reason. Other than that, everything goes!
Sounds like you need a...strong leader...to put an end to this chaos.
Oh, I'm just observing as the galaxy tears itself apart. Tuvok is supposed to be the strong leader, as he's the most powerful member, but he's not doing a great job.

*Ambassadors go to whatever Felipedutra's planet is called, bearing portal guns as a gift.*
First, the ambassadors arrive at a customs border checkpoint at the Commonwealth Frontier and are promptly arrested for carrying weapons that destroy laws of physics and tear space-time ,after a while, are let through and allowed to pass through a Warp Conduit. A few quarter hours later, they diplomatic ships are greeted with the sight of a large, green and blue planet, the Jewel of Esomer: Lanncasteyr, named after a city of old, and ancient of itself. The spatial traffic seems rather small for the capital planet of a large empire, but one of the planet's attributes is it's calm atmosphere. Literally and figuratively.
As the ambassadors descend into the planet, they are met by a large city, in the form of a compass rose, bearing a Victorian and Art-Deco style, with large green blobs and smaller ones strewn around. They are met by a welcoming party consisting of Esomerian marines, instantly recognizable by their trench coats, and the emperor himself. The diplomats are then led to the Imperial Palace in a fleet of prussian blue, 1940s style, cars, along the streets of the capital city.
The Royal Palace is not much more than a very large house with a garden, and there they are finally served a small banquet, together with a few other members of parliament. After the meal, they are asked why have they come.

Actually, speaking of which, you're GAT can't destroy a planet, can it, Tuvok?
Oh, I'm just observing as the galaxy tears itself apart. Tuvok is supposed to be the strong leader, as he's the most powerful member, but he's not doing a great job.
I can fix that.
That's the basis of basically every empire that wasn't alligned with evil to start with.
