You will noticed I am surrounded by lightning, which means that the murderer will not be able to use a melee weapon (such as the sword or arrow seen before) on me. I am also wearing a mask which will make it nigh-impossible to poison me without giving me enough time to react.
HEY FOLKS. Remember when I said, "I won't disappear again."? Well shoot, it happened again.
There was a bit of an emergency but it's all good now.
Before we begin, I wanted to change things up a bit. Emarcee suggested that instead of butchering your characters both literally and figuratively, I could give you situations and environmental changes and you guys could control your own dialogue. Which is a fantabulous idea if I do say so myself. If you're not happy with the changes please let me know. :3
Your little group is becoming tense and nervous.
Items have been going missing from everyones rooms. Halen's satchel disappeared along with various items from Tigress's suitcase.
Someone's tampered with the security cameras.
Someone's been using the tunnels.
Someone is not who they seem.
Where will you go?

Hey, it's all cool. I'm just glad everything turned out alright.
Leaf notices that almost everyone has run to the tunnels. She shudders at the thought of closing walls and darkness and decides to turn her attention to the security cameras instead. "Hmm, there must be a surveillance room somewhere. Finding it would definitely shed more light to the situation...and bring more scoops!" She takes out her little notebook and pen then travels up-n-down to each deserted floor. "Alright. Time to get to work."

However, I always find a way to stupidly lose my queen while playing chess so I'm sure that at the very least, I will end up providing a condemning clue to my peers.

"I knew I'd find the bad guys in these tunnels. Now if only I could deduce which one of you was coming in the other direction, then I'd know for sure which one of you is the murderer."
"WHAT?! Why would I ever smash my friends?! I was just crawling around in the tunnel. In fact you're doing the same thing! You could very well be the murderer for all we know." Bear protested. Terrified by the electrified being.
Emarcee comes to a screeching halt in the tunnels. Seeing two people there, he immediately points his spear at the both of them

The Great Being surges with electricity, such that it looks like it'd be dangerous to touch him.
"I knew I'd find the bad guys in these tunnels. Now if only I could deduce which one of you was coming in the other direction, then I'd know for sure which one of you is the murderer."
"WHAT?! Why would I ever smash my friends?! I was just crawling around in the tunnel. In fact you're doing the same thing! You could very well be the murderer for all we know." Bear protested. Terrified by the electrified being.
"Your back was turned to me as I came in here, which means that you must be investigating just like me. However -- I cannot outrule the possibility that you hear me coming, turned around, and started acting surprised. Tigress, on the other hand, does not have her back turned... which means..."
Emarcee outstretched a hand at Tigress, forming a rather scary ball of crackling lightning just in front of it.
"We're going to have to fight. And one of us is going to have to serve as witness for when one of us inevitably doesn't make it out of this tunnel."

Tigress blinks when she realizes someone is addressing her, then relaxes when she sees it's her brother. She gives as shrug, but replies. "I dunno about you and the rest of the gang, but I wanna check out those tunnels." At this a mischievous glint comes to her eyes. "If I were a smasher, I'd totally use those tunnels as a way to get around to my victims and escape quickly. Maybe the culprit left a clue." She pauses, then adds. "Plus, I want to find out where my stuff has gone. Some of it is missing from my suitcase. I was reading one of those Ranger's Apprentice books, and I was totally left at a cliffhanger when I lost it!"
*Busts into your conversation like a huge dork* GASHP OMEHGOODNESS. You read Ranger's Apprentice? WHO'S YOUR FAVORITE CHARACTER? WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE BOOK? *Grabs you by the shoulders and violently shakes you* TELL MEEEEEE.

Holy cow, you're a fan, too!? Awesome!! I've only just started the series (I'm going to read Book 4 as soon as I'm done with John Carter of Mars), but thus far my favorite character is Halt -- his cleverness and dry wit know no bounds! Who's your favorite character -- if I know them yet?

I'm not the bad guy--!" She gives a brief gesture to Bear, frozen stiff with terror beside her. "--And I'm pretty sure she's not, either! You're the one with the spear." At this thought, Tigress blinks, then narrows her eyes at Emarcee, a glint of suspicion flickering. "Say. . . what are you doing in here with that thing, anyway?"

As you explore the darkening hallways and rooms, you notice something peculiar in the old elevator. No button to press to take you to Floor 1.
Floor 1 is inaccessible.
Will the spoopy set of stairs in the lobby take you there? Or will you continue investigating elsewhere?

YES I love Rangers Apprentice! I LOVE IT. ^_^ Haha, Yes! Halt is by far, THE BEST CHARACTER TO EVER EXIST. ( he really reminds me of my grandpa )
