OoC: Essa Kryze What do the intrepid quartet find in the notebook?
IC: Lolimon looked hither and thither wearily as he retrieved a stick from his coat. He pointed it at the curtains and they drew closed, at the door and it locked. Replacing his wand he again reached into his inner coat pocket and withdrew the notebook in question.
OOC: This being the notebook from the first smashing it would have been a small notebook. It was rainbow coloured on the front and had some jokes, notes, a few sentences and money calculations inside. Hope that helps. : )
OoC: Is there any particular joke, note, sentence, or money calculation that's important?

OoC: Here's the link to the original post if you're curious.
IC: *Remembering the pictures of the notebook pages she took earlier that day, Leaf puts down her camera and offers it to the rest of the group* I honestly don't know what to make of this. *the photographer frowns* It's nothing more than a madman's scribbles.
*Tigress frowns with Leaf, eyebrows twisted downward as she studies the page. After a few moments of silence on her part, she suggests.* They don't make sense to us, but maybe these things mean something to whoever wrote them. A single word, a single picture could be a reminder or a symbol of something with more meaning. It could be that this guy--or girl--kept their references strange and obscure in case someone finds the notebook. I do the same thing with my own notes sometimes.

-suddenly, Apato Farquad suddenly flopples out of a closet with a skeleton and groans in boredom- Apato: “For the love of cheese! I can’t believe somebody left my skeleton model in this closet! Who put it here!? -he gets up, holding the model- Somebody, answer this esteemed man whom had a Ph.D in Medical sciences and Theoretical Physics?!” -He’d growl and walks away, only to stop and see what is going with the odd photosharing-
Leaf turns on her camera and starts taking pictures of all the filled pages. "Thank you! A minute is all we need."
After several photo shoots, I turn to Leaf.
"That all?"
"Yep," she replies chipperly, flipping back through her camera storage intently.
"Well, your minute's over, I'd like the noteb-"
"oH WOULD YOU LOOK AT THE TIME! Gotta go real quick, see you guys later!" I hastily lied, shoving the notebook in my bag and dashing off to the other side of the hotel.

OoC: Is there any particular joke, note, sentence, or money calculation that's important?
OOC: Smart of you to ask, thinking outside the box is handy in these games since I was going to let you guys run if you stayed on that track. Mmmm, not particularly, this clue is intended to give you basic parameters to begin forming ideas of who to suspect. The second clue further narrows the parameters and also contains a plot prompt.

*The small group stops and stares for a moment. Then, despite the fact that she's probably the youngest of the group, Tigress says with a hint of a amusement in her voice:* Let's move along now, kids.

-Dr. Farquad looks at the situation and walks up to them, bowing- “Ah yes, i think such a situation requires my services of having my doctorates in MEdical and theoretical sciences...” -he said with an odd grin-

OoC: Oh, great, it looks just like any other notebook in the history of ever. Also, who in the world would put their finiancial calculations in a notebook with random doodles and notes? That's just bad book keeping - I wouldn't be at all surprised if whoever it is is dead broke... Wait, maybe that's my notebook.XP It's too vague to be real, it helpped 0%, but thanks anyway.

OOC: Yeaaaaa kay, so the way this works is you get clues and then you use the bios to figure out who it is. So the first clue is simply to set basic beginning parameters for your suspicions. The next clue narrows it down further and so on. After you have only a few people or suspect someone strongly it becomes crunch time and people start risking it by accusing. If you do get it right you win, if you don't risk it at all you live but someone else gets to win. So yeah I made it super vauge because that's the way the game works and I can't just give you all the answer, you're supposed to make an educated guess. So visiting the second clue will help you narrow things down little but still be fairly vauge. Make sense?
Not much. Users began losing interest or something, and we somewhat rapidly dwindled into inactivity/nonsense. Essa's been trying to get the game back in shape, and oh yeah, JayPIE appeared again, but we don't know if she's taking the game back or not. I think we're in the middle of a round, and we're trying to get the story moving again. Essa Kryze might be able to tell you more.
That is all true, LordTigress. Thanks. As for where we are in the game, two people have died so far. A man by poisoning and a lady just a few pages back. The clue at the poisoning was a small, colored, notebook with doodles, writing, and numbers in it. I would encourage you to go back and look at the clues with the most recent smashing. : D ninjagofanmam

(oOC: What hashappened so far? I need pointers.)
(OoC: TheFirstDecade The above quote has the main points of what just happened. I just quoted Essa because I'm lazy.
Also quoting Essa: (About the second smashing and its clues:) "This lady seems to have been smashed by a sharp implement. They found a piece of paper with a drawing of a sunset in purple and blue shades with a short poem written at the bottom. Also there was a marshmallow in the bushes nearby."

-Apato looked intrested in this case- “Any other forensics to think of? I can most likely sample the DNA off the marsh if you want me to.”

OoC: But the question becomes who doesn't have at least one notebook like that? If anything this already met a presupposed parameter as the majority of the bios are for artists or writers. So, to me at least, it didn't help at all. Also, if it really does play like that then at least give us a red herring, or more than one user to suspect. Right? So like, what on earth was Apato the diplomat doing in Tigress's and Leaf's closet? granted it's a okay joke but what was his motive? Well, somebody put his toy skeloton in there, but how did he know where to look for it? How was he able to freely access another hotel room without a key? these questions all demand answers, but because it distracts from the main mystery, we all dismiss it. It making sense doesn't always mean I approve of it.
