One big plot hole that very few people have noticed is why the Sons of Garmadon worship Lord Garmadon. We know Harumi wanted revenge on the ninja for the loss of her parents, but why did the other members want Garmadon back?
Also, what happened to Airjitzu and the Elemental Dragons? They would have been really useful against the SoG, especially when they were getting away with the Oni Masks. I heard they were removed for being too powerful, but is the ability to fly over short distances that overpowered?

Maybe the SOG are all people from Ninjago City who were saved from the Great Devourer by Garmadon. Then again, Killow said they'd never actually seen Garmadon, so perhaps they're just descendants of the ninja warriors who fought under Garmadon's charge in the first Serpentine war (not the elemental masters).
Why couldn't Jay's biological parents take care of him? Also, what happened to his mother? We know his father died, but did she die as well, or did she just disappear somewhere? Why do the Ninjago writers never address these?
What the heck is Dareth's power even supposed to do? The reason he was peeing so much was because of the amount he drank, unless the brown power really makes him pee himself?
Did Misako take care of Lloyd at all? You can't just drop a baby off at a bad boy school, you know that! And you don't put fire ants in a baby's bed. He must have been a little kid or something. (I don't hate Misako, I just don't understand.)
When was Mr. E created? They don't really address his origins at all. I mean, I guess this one can be excused because he was originally going to be Echo, but was he manufactured along with the other Nindroids or...
This one is a bit more lighthearted, but did Lloyd go through voice cracks and stuff or did his voice just suddenly become deeper?

3. This is a school that was fine with students bullying each other and pulling harsh pranks on each other such as putting fire ants in Lloyd's bed.

I guess I had that feeling from the empty feel of Borg Tower and the picture of Cyrus Borg at the beginning of season 8, and they transformed the tower into a palace for Garmadon without anyone stopping them. (I have a feeling he might be in his 30s, maybe 40s, but his voice sounds older so...*shrug*)
