The frigate sails closer to the two vessels, raising a flag that sports an hourglass. Emiliano grits her teeth. "No time for formalities, ey?" She turns to Kane and loudly shouts, "I'd say let's test the reliance of your ship, Captain! I'll perform the opening toast!"
Blowing into a whistle that hanged from her necklace, Emiliano summons a large flock of birds that encircles the hostile frigate, frightening its crew.
Sailing in a zig zag pattern, the newly set cannonball misses La Paloma and harmlessly falls into the water. The clipper circles back, and from the crow's nest Emiliano informs Kane of the next phase. "Your turn, Captain!" She blew into the whistle again and the birds disperse, leavening an opening for Kane's vessel.
*Fires grape shot at the opposing ship.* How was that, Captain?

The Frigate rises from the sea and rams the side of Kane's ship. Crew-members wearing fainted military clothing begin pouring onto the deck with loud war cries.
Emiliano motions for her clipper to move closer, and orders her crew to prepare fire. Archers promptly stand in a row on the side of the ship and ready their arrows.
Inspecting the enemy crew through her telescope, Emiliano scowls.

*Begins shooting at and stabbing crew members. Cannons are fired at the opposing ship's rudder. Fires bar and chain shot at the opposing ship's sails and rigging.* *Growls.* I could use some help, Captain!

Retrieving her whistle, Emiliano swings from a lose rope and lands on Kane's vessel with a barrel roll. Summoning the birds once more, they quickly form a figure of a giant creature that frightens the enemy crew. As they flee, Emiliano notices the Old Man scurrying away with them and calls out to the crowd to halt.
The flock of birds surround the fleeing crew, preventing their escape. Raising their hands, one of the men cries out. "Have mercy! We're only poor souls trying to survive!"
Unsheathing her weapon, Emiliano quickly blocks Kane's sword from claiming a victim and nods to her crew. Half of them immediately lower their bows and board Kane's ship, dispersing to provide medial care to the critically wounded.
Glaring at the speaker, Emiliano coldly responds to his plea. "Speak your piece truthfully, or I'll have the owner of this vessel strike you down for endangering his men!"
The tattered figure shakes violently, eyeing the remaining arrows aimed at him and his crew's head. Lowering his head, he pulls from his pocket a letter and hands it to Emiliano. "We we're apart of an exploration team, I tell ye, but our fellow fleet abandoned us and we've used the last of our rations. We meant no harm, I tell ye!"
Inspecting the letter, Emiliano stuffs it into her pocket and with her sword motions for the man to rise. "So you say. Sithee, I will forgo punishment and allow for a bit of community service...for now." She taps with her sword the deck of Kane's ship. "You and your crew will tow this vessel back to the nearest inhabitable land for repairs. Thankfully you bore a minor hole, but one none the less." Pointing to the mast of the enemy's ship, she chuckles. "And be thankful Jeff and Fraser aren't quite the best shots. Your masts should survive the trip."
The crew frantically give their thanks and are lead back to their ship by Emiliano's crew who lightly prod them with their spears. Being watched carefully, the enemy crew prepare for the tow as the thick cloud of birds continue to swirl around them.

Thank ye, Captain, I owe you one! *Jack smiles.* *The crew patches the hole with some wax.*

Nodding to Kane with a smile, Emiliano sheathes her blade and kindly receives a roll of bandages from her falcon. "Aye, yet what of the true nature of this letter? I cannot help but think of it taken from a wreck, or perhaps even stolen from another crew of poor souls. For now, we will watch and wait." Walking towards a struggling enemy crewmember, she gently kneels down and begins to carefully bandage his arm.

I'll cook some foods for the crews of these three ships. *Cuts veggies.*

The Old Man pops his head out from the crew of enemy pirates. "Ey! No, no, no! That's not how ye cut veggies! Come 'ere, give it to a real cook!"
Wobbling to Kane, he shoves him out of the way and performs a skillful trick with his pocket blade. Running around the deck, he collects various ingredients and spices before locking himself in the kitchen. Cooking up a storm, he pauses for a moment to place a sign on the door that reads. "Do not disturb."

Ok. That smells delicious!
OOC: So, where shall we head to next? I hear a legendary captain of the Hedgehog Revenge once owned a secret port...or we could visit the second Tavern within this roleplay.

OOC: Hmmmm...Florida? I don't know, I'm thinking about creating a new character or getting someone to create a new character to create some conflict.
