I'll answer then. Recently terrible. Had a stuff to sort out, you know, start of year kinda things. Fixed all of that today though.
I've "re-sorted" my LEGO and bought a hair piece I needed. Now to get motivated to take pictures... Probably wont start until April as I have a two week holiday and only one essay to write then. Yippee!
Should probably try/test a few things before then though.
How 'bout you? Started any animations? Any good ones to watch?
Oh by the way. Does anyone know what Disney is like with fanfilms? About 1/4 of all the popular Star Wars brick films are monetized... Well I believe they are. Does Disney hand out take-down notices? I plan on using my own sounds, but obviously I don't own Star Wars, so technically they would own my work.

About that last point... Considering Disney owns marvel and the amount of Marvel Brickfilms out there I think you should be fine but I am not sure. As for star wars again I am not sure... You could try doing reviews of sets, those seem to be fine... (But as we are talking brick films it may not)

It was more of a question whether anyone had experienced Disney take downs, or know of anyone who has. I'm not too worried, because I'm obviously not going to be sued.
I've heard of people getting notices for re-creating scenes from the film... ripping the entire soundtrack and mashing it on to their own poorly created animation. You know the ones I'm talking about, right? But the well made animations (by some of the animators discussed in this thread) don't seem to have any problems that I know of. Maybe it's a quality thing... Maybe bad animations reflect badly on the brand. Especially if people think it's endorsed.
I guess I'll look for ads on Marvel fanfilms for now.

I don't think I've watched an ad when watching a star wars/marvel fanfilm...
