Oh my god, another like me Those two: People I meet and things I see, inspire me the most. Mostly things I see I'm in love with how just, like, a lonely orange brick on my mom's desk would make liven up into a whole story. It's really magical

Ah, see, it's this ability to write on a whim. Just, you could sit down, grab a pen, and then suddenly you've filled a whole page. Sadly, it dulled out because of lack of training :c We may not have it anymore, but we can still remember...................

That makes sense. When your brain has nothing to do, creating stories is what brightens the mood. Yup, in the Ninjago stories forum. You'd probably only want to read it if you like Ninjago and long stories.

Close to a year now. Lots of concept notes, sketches, drafts, drafts of drafts, and I’m still only a few chapters in. (Like, 7 or 8). Part of what makes it a slow going concept is that what I want to do with this novel keeps changing. But now it’s become a tangled, intricate web of layers, meanings, and stories. The same story is told throughout the book, yet underneath that top layer, there are so many more stories told.
I hope to get it published anonymously. (Aside from the publisher, that is, they would know who I am.) I think what matters with this story is the message I’m sending, not me. This story has become my way of introducing myself into the world of the written world, giving people insight into who I am, while never pairing that with a name or a face. It feels like it would have more meaning that way. After that, idk where I’ll go from there, but I hope it makes a difference.

Wow... O.o That sounds so deep and intricate. Like every paragraph is a puzzle piece, with a special meaning for being where it is so that it'll make the entire picture become clear. . . What an amazing move you're making. I hope you'll succeed, while enjoying the process of creating your story along the way.
I can see that. I guess there's a balance between having enough of those moments to make the story fun and add development to the characters versus so many it slows down the story. Aw. She doesn't have many?

Sometimes I look at something and that sparks an idea completely at random. When I was younger, I once saw some stuff on my bedside table when it was dark and I couldn’t make out what it was and immediately used the shape for a robot with sonic cannons.
Other times I write based on altering or deconstructing a pre-existing concept. For example, I’m planning on writing a story taking apart the ideas behind bad Sonic OCs.

Usually just writing and recently, being on the LMBEs. But I have been showing suspicious wrist fatigue that I think is Carpal tunnel syndrome, so I guess I gotta take a break from that :c Maybe I'll continue reading little Ninjago stories forum's fanfics, though I'll scroll with my toes probs You?
Ready Player One, Mind's Eye, The Giver, The Mazerunner and Shelter have inspired me in one way or another. Yup, just so long as they're approximately PG-13. No horror or anything.

Actually, I've found a book called 'The Creativity Project'. It's filled with prompts and answers from kid's book's authors like Tracey Baptiste (Writer of Minecraft The Crash) and Lemony Snicket. I go to the bookstore regularly to cheapskate there and remember try out the prompts at home You should check it out! (Mods, this is totally bellow PG-13. )
