Alright, so for a first villain, I would actually avoid bringing in a powered villain unless this story is standalone. If it’s not a standalone story, but rather part of a series: Start off simple. Bad man with knowledge of, say, robotics, has a list of people he hates, and those kids get in the way of it? More ideas to come! If it is a standalone story, then feel free to go powered villain! Try to think of what these kids stand for, and make that villain stand for the opposite. Order? Make him chaotic. Peace? Make him violent. You get the idea. More ideas to come!

Character info (i remember mine, and remember a couple aspects of yours? But not all of them. Most characters i’ll just make up), setting info, conflicts, backstories, etc. There’s no rush here, so you can take your time! If you honestly can’t remember anything, that’s ok! I’ll just take some creative liberties.
