1. Yes, so you have a ship where you do things. The brig is so the user can chat with others in the brig.
1. Could you not just do that in whatever location your ship is in? And the brig is even more confusing.
Whenever a user "breaks" a rule on their ship, or a European is stolen. They get sent to the brig. And no, it'd be a bit of a challenge doing it somewhere else. Think of the ship as a place for planning things and recruiting crew, and living.

Why can’t they just be put in a jail, that isn’t it’s own topic, clogging up the RP? And that is easily done in other RPs via quote chains.
Weapons: A crude bone dagger, an ordinary cutlass, and an ordinary flintlock pistol.
Appearance: Currently, medium length red hair; hazel eyes; and pale but weathered skin.
Homeland: Ari's home has always and forever will be the open ocean.
Backstory: Arianna was born in a small underwater village off shore of a rocky archipelago somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. She hides her true identity from everyone; in other words, yes she has powers but she rarely uses them. Whenever she's asked about her past, she normally just brushes the question off with a joke; she's normally very reserved so this doesn't help.
Hobbies: Arianna loves music and in the evenings can often be found by herself playing some sort of instrument while singing or humming a tune. She gets embarrassed if caught playing and often will refuse to play or sing when people are around. She also enjoys fighting and is quite skilled at it. She is a bit of a loner but she does interact with other people fairly often.

The RP Rep’s duties are to solve arguments and organise votes. You cannot add rules of your own accord. Which is what you have done. This is abuse of power.
It's been brought to my attention that an issue with shapeshifting has arisen in this roleplay. As such, a short discussion (and, if needed, a vote) needs to take place. As such, I request that you all post your answers to the question below:
Should shapeshifting be allowed? If so, what limitations and guidelines should be set down on it?

To all Pirates RPers,
Hello all my fellow RPers I am so sorry about what has recently happened. Before doing something i should consult our community, forgive me friends. So should shapeshifting be allowed? If yes, what limitations should there be? I am sincerely sorry. That is the last mistake I will make. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. Do forgive me.

It was more superpowers in general, but ok.
No, it should not.
Thank you for your vote. All opinions are respected, here.

I think certain characters should be allowed to shapeshift.
However, if this gives them an unfair advantage in a fight, then there shouldn't be any shapeshifting for combat. If we do decide to have shapeshifting, there needs to be disadvantages to doing it. Like it takes up a lot of energy or the user has a major vulnerability that their opponent can then exploit.
My character can shapeshift but she chooses not to because that would give away her secret identity. I haven't fully decided if she will ever shapeshift either. She is also very limited with what she can shapeshift into. For instance, she can change certain features of her body and maybe even slight changes to mass. However, she doesn't have a lot of experience with shapeshifting so she gets tired easily and can't do large amounts of it at a time.
