IC: *Leodus hears the rev of a speedor as it pulls up. The speedor is dark orange with 2 racing tigers on the left and right side (think running dog for Greyhound, but a tiger running with it's mouth open, roaring, and completely black side profile of the tiger.) and an orange and black striped top. This design denotes it as one of Titus' personal speedors. The tiger roars up to the sentry.* "The tigers want to repair relations between our two tribes, and resume the mutual alliance that used to be in place."
The guards let the tiger into the Golden City, and lead him to the castle.
Icestrike's Ultimate Glacier approaches yet again, this time from the east rather than the northwest, obviously.
A lone lion speedor drives through the Iron Mountains from the south, getting to the Valley of Balance before the icebears. Lycor is recognized by his old friends and escorted into the castle. Leodus: "Lycor, greetings." Lycor: "Leodus, I have returned here because of the Crawler Empire's fall at the hands of these Ice beings, and the fact that those beings pose a threat to the inland tribes...and the fact that these beings who've been fighting the Crawlers are clearly those birds and bears." Lycor gestures to the wall-sized mural behind the Leopard throne depicting the leopards fighting Vultures and icebears. Leodus: "Yes..those enemies of ours have reemerged." Lycor: "You never wanted to tell me what the conflict depicted on that mural was while I lived here. But now I need answers, Leodus, so that we inland tribes can be prepared to fight these species." Leodus: "Very well. I don't like to talk about the Icebear—Leopard war, because I'm not proud of what I did to end the conflict, even though I knew it had to be done, and I had no other choice." (Leodus tells Lycor of the war, summarized in the bios of Vamprah, Leodus, and Icestrike.) Lycor: "You exiled them to the Arctic and cursed them? That's what turned them into ice zombies! Their vengeance-driven rampage wouldn't be happening now if you just made peace with them! Must we inlanders and outlanders suffer for your mistake?!" Leodus stands as he roars the first sentence: "General Lycor!! I had no choice! Believe me, I tried making peace treaties. The vultures and Icestrike's rogue bears were past the point of reasoning. They were going to keep fighting until they won. Think about it, Lycor; They weren't Ice beings at the time. If the Vultures and Icebears defeated the Leopards and Tigers, they'd gain enough chi and fire chi to rival the Phoenix and inland tribes, and possibly take over Chima. It was either the fall of Chima, or the exile of two tribes. The Phoenix had to make the same choice when they exiled the Sabertooths and Mammoths. The freezing of their limbs was a side effect of the curse to keep the elements balanced."
"The Balance of Fire and Ice, the two primary elements of creation, is beyond any struggle of good vs evil, Lycor. The lines between justice and revenge, between necessary and immoral actions may become muddled. There is no good or evil. There are only the elements, the world, and different factions of beings with different points of view who go to war with each other. Fire isn't good, nor is Ice evil. Lycor: "The Crawler Empire seemed evil to me—" Leodus: "It was not. The Crawlers were simply another faction who wanted to claim (and share) more territory. Every side in a war considers itself good and the opposite side evil, due to their opposing beliefs. Thus, good and evil only exist in people's minds. The Fire and Ice tribes are beyond good and evil, though like the inlanders and outlanders, the Phoenix and Tigers consider themselves good and the Ice Hunters evil, and vice versa. We leopards are naturally allied with the Phoenix and Tigers against their enemies, the Sabertooths and Mammoths, because they are allied with our enemies, the Vultures and Icebears. But while the Phoenix embody one element and the Ice Hunters embody the other, we Leopards keep the balance of Fire and Ice [Leodus reveals his double-bladed Fire and Ice sword], and we are willing to see both points of view in any conflict." Lycor: "So you would possibly ally with the Sabertooths and Mammoths if they weren't allied with the Vultures and Icebears??" Leodus (shrugs): "It depends on what the conflict was about. The Ice Hunters were exiled up north for a reason. In order to maintain the balance of the elements, there must be an equal division of this continent; Ice tribes in the north, Fire tribes in the south; cold weather in the north, hot weather in the south. That's why we Leopards live right on the division line, in this valley, to maintain the balance by keeping the Ice tribes in the north with the curse. But now the Ice tribes have come into the south, disrupting the balance. The Leopards do not serve the Phoenix, but we serve the Balance of the elements, so we are allied with the side that is trying to keep the balance intact. That side happens to be the Fire tribes, in this case."

IC: *The tiger notices the lion from where he was escorted to.* "Leopards! What madness is this? I thought we were not to reveal ourselves to the inland tribes before the time of ice?" *He roars the first two sentences and says the third in a... not quiet... voice.*

Leodus: "Ah, hello. Well, we rescued this lion from a cold fate in the Iron Mountains two years ago, and he lived here with us. He was exiled from his tribe at the time, you see. We help marooned animals who are lost in the Iron Mountains, and in exchange they promise not to speak of our existence."

Sorry, The J. *Bliston's ice block is taken aboard my command ship. Cannons fire at you. Battles the glacier with fire chi.* Get out you, prehistoric pests!

Leodus: "Yes, but do Tristram and the Phoenix leader agree?"
Icestrike's Ultimate Glacier once again rises out of the water, this time from a river. Now with the small damage caused by the bombing repaired, it slides into the now unsheilded Valley of Balance, and leaves a trail of Ice the width of a Glacier across the ground it covers. Hundreds of icebears and claw driller mechs roar and charge down into the Valley to attack the city. Hundreds of Leopards chi up with fire chi and run up to meet them with many Leopard Mobile Commands (Tigers' mobile commands repainted yellow). The war between Fire and Ice has begun.
IC: "Hmm, you're sure none of the marooned animals will break the promise? Anyways, the time of ice has come, there is no more needful time than now to resume the alliance. Do we have an agreement?"
Leodus: "Yes, but do Tristram and the Phoenix leader agree?"
IC: "Tristram is no longer king of the tigers. Titus is now the king. As for the Phoenix leader, who knows, they have yet to show themselves."
Leodus: "Yes, but do Tristram and the Phoenix leader agree?"
IC: "Tristram is no longer king of the tigers. Titus is now the king. As for the Phoenix leader, who knows, they have yet to show themselves."
Leodus: "Oh. What happened to Tristram? Is he alive? I have heard that the Phoenix' Temple recently revealed itself from the sea, but there hasn't been activity from them beyond that."
