Where did things like the Realm Crystal come from? How did the FSM end up learning spinjitzu and creating Ninjago? How did Zane come back to life? AND WHY DID THE STAFF OF ELEMENTS TURN KAI EVIL????!!!!
So many questions...
Mystery is good in a TV Show
Again, MYSTERY
Probably wirelessly transferred himself to Borg's Hard Drive. He was pretty close to it.

Power corrupts
Te better question is, why didn't the staff turn him evil? (I really wanted evil Kai)

It didn't turn him evil because just as he was about to smash Lloyd, Cole and the others smashed through the wall of the temple and the staff fell out of Kai's hands. The next time he got ahold of it, he had the sense to destroy it before it corrupted him again.

Oh, gosh, where do I begin? There are many more than this, but I wanted to recall the episode where the ninja destroy the golden weapons by going back in time. If the future ninja destroyed the golden weapons, then the past ninja/past Garmadon would have nothing to destroy the Great Devourer with.
We here that the Green ninja is master of ALL elements (fire, ice, lightning, earth) but later learn there are like 10+ other elements? Also, wind is part of the element of Lightning (jay uses wind) but then we learn wind is it's own element.. I could go all day with plot holes in Ninjago. Ninjago is one big plot hole
And yet . . . it's one of the greatest shows ever.

Lemme see if I can do this.
"Zane had to have noticed he was a robot in no time flat. what happens to the ninja's weapons and vehicles after every season? we would have heard about Morro in an early episode. how does Wu survive inside the great devourer?" - Legoaquilino 1: True. 2: They're very fickle; they ignore the old stuff and move to the new stuff. 3: What part would that story need to come into conversation? 4: He probably stood atop objects inside the Great Devourer as the singed in the acid, and made it out just in time. My theory, anyway.
"The Preeminent actually being the Cursed Realm when it was shown previously floating around in the Cursed Realm." - epicninja1 1: Who said there was just one Preeminent?
"how does zane have ice powers? " - legoaquilino 1: I theorize that Zane's life source was actually created by the First Spinjitzu Master when he created Ninjago, and the ice powers and personality were held inside. I'm tempted to write a fan fiction about it.
"how did chen do that elemental spell with no water or wind? " - legoaquilino 1: Err . . . maybe he didn't need those elements! Yeah, plot-hole.
"We here that the Green ninja is master of ALL elements (fire, ice, lightning, earth) but later learn there are like 10+ other elements? Also, wind is part of the element of Lightning (jay uses wind) but then we learn wind is it's own element.. I could go all day with plot holes in Ninjago. Ninjago is one big plot hole " - Jimmy 1: He had the abilities for the other elements, but they didn't know them yet, so he never attempted to unlock them. 2: The creators say to disregard that mistake.
"Where did things like the Realm Crystal come from? How did the FSM end up learning spinjitzu and creating Ninjago? How did Zane come back to life? AND WHY DID THE STAFF OF ELEMENTS TURN KAI EVIL????!!!!" - fantasius1111 1: It's a secret we may find out later. The First Spinjitzu Master probably made it. 2: I would say how, but it doesn't mix with my religion. 3: His coding fell into the machines, and he then result himself using the machinery. 4: It almost did, but the ninja took it away from him just in time.
"Oh, gosh, where do I begin? There are many more than this, but I wanted to recall the episode where the ninja destroy the golden weapons by going back in time. If the future ninja destroyed the golden weapons, then the past ninja/past Garmadon would have nothing to destroy the Great Devourer with. " - MockingbirdInc 1: They must have found an alternative solution. Perhaps not having the Golden Weapons would have changed something else so that the Great Devourer was unleashed.
As you can tell, these are random, weak excuses attempting to save the show, but I won't deny that this show has more holes than a strainer.

It is? Oh I'm sorry that I didn't understand. (Sarcasm)
The only decent part of the show were the pilot season and season 1.
So you've seen seasons 4-6? *adds tongue smiley to avoid angry tension between us*
I've seen every season of Ninjago through and through (that's what tongue smileys are for right?)
Okay, I guess that means you watched Ninjago as it came out, and bonded with the old show. I can understand that. (there is no one use for tongue smileys)

Don't you mean 3-5?
Skybound was the second-best season. The humor was great, the story was great, the suspense was great, the villains were weird (again), and the ending was great! In my opinion, anyway.
