The vehicles are either destroyed, hidden around Ninjago, or taken to the Samurai X Cave. The weapons are either unnecessary for anything other than defeating that season's villians (Techno Blades, Aeroblades), returned to their rightful owner (likely the Sword of Sanctuary), or hidden away because they're too powerful (Realm Crystal, Elemental Blades).
It's likely Wu didn't want to talk about Morro since it was a very sad time for him.

Luckily, that time when Jay used wind was only in one episode, so I like to pretend it never happened.

Where did things like the Realm Crystal come from? How did the FSM end up learning spinjitzu and creating Ninjago? How did Zane come back to life? AND WHY DID THE STAFF OF ELEMENTS TURN KAI EVIL????!!!!
