How quickly does the average post get moderated? Everytime I submit a message it says posted one second ago. Are there a lot of mods or is it because there not many members? Do posts get moderated so fast that members could chat in almost live time?

The time you are referencing is when you made the post, the time taken for others to see it is different. Your post, for example, was moderated 10 minutes or so after it was posted. The average moderation time tends to be a couple of hours at the moment though it can spike up or become very fast depending on how many mods are on and if they are actively moderating at the time.

Unlike the MBs, you can see your own unmoderated posts, which is why they appear to have been posted a second ago. If your post has been moderated, you should be able to quote it. If not, you won't be able to.
Sometimes there's super-quick moderation, sometimes it takes a few hours- it all depends on who's online since our Mods are volunteers.

Well if a post is rejected you'll get a message from a staff member found here. I don't know of a way for there to be a list but as Sam mentioned you can tell if your post has been moderated by checking if it's quotable.

Why don't the staff enable the thing that shows the unapproved banner to users?

No it just appears but you can't see it on Desktop but a post that hasn't been moderated can STILL be seen on mobile version that is why the mobile version is not permitted

That's a good question- Mods don't deal with plugins, but I imagine someone like Shamrock would know the answer.

So THAT'S why I can see my posts but not others when I post. Also, do you know why posts appear to be moderated but don't show up until a while later (maybe a few hours sometimes)
