Great Question. I would say 2006 because it released the one set I've been wanting for years, the original Jabba's sail barge
Jokes aside, I think Late 2000s early 2010s (2009-2014) were some good ones. All the clone wars sets, Jabba's palace, rancor pit, etc (this is biased because I collected alot of these sets )
