I finished the cover not sure if you need it now, but I thought you'd probably still want it. At first when I couldn't put images on here I kinda gave up on the cover, but now that I kinda know how, I just finished it up right now since this conversation made me remember it.
“Ha! I’ve got you now, River!” shouted a young voice.
“You really think so Paul?” River yelled back to her brother with a smirk across her tired face. Mustering up her strength, River griped the handle harder and pushed the silver blade towards Paul, but like a rock he held his ground. The two siblings stared at each other, cold sweat dripping down their faces.
“Yes, I do!” he exclaimed as he pushed on the opposing weapon sideways, making the two katanas spin in a circle. Surprised at this River lost her hold and the sword shot into the turquoise sky. Before the sword could plummet to the ground a tangerine blur sprang into the air. It grabbed the sword and fell to the ground with a thud, launching dust everywhere.
As the dust began to diminish the orange figure stepped forward; a ninja mask covering his face. “My turn…” the ninja proclaimed. The figure ran at Paul, the sword in his hand shimmering from the sun light. The weapons clanged together. Paul, taken by surprise, held back with what power he had left but the ninja managed to fling the sword out of his tired hand. It landed in the earth with a slash!
“Yes! I finally beat Paul!” the figure exclaimed while thrusting his sword into thin air.
“Jason?” Paul questioned. The stranger took of his orange hood showing his somewhat spikey brown hair.
“Ya, it’s me,” Jason said with a smirk. “And I finally defeated the champ of sword fighting!”
“Only because you cheated.” Paul stated “And it won’t happen again.”
