TheGreatCon is Con. He's a very popular user from the LMBs and the LMBEs and one of the original (I assume) members of the Sombrero Club who is currently inactive.

So you are making an emote based on a user? That is incredibly unfair and unjust. If he gets an emote, why not give all the users here emotes? The user in question isn’t even active. What about the loyal users who haven’t gone inactive?

I don't think you're fully grasping the situation. Con has an actual fanbase. Not just friends, a group of people who I would loosely define as his fans, as evidenced by this topic, THEGREATCON FANFICTION,and the ever-popular trend of con puns. Most users don't. Not that you don't make a valid argument. There are probably some other users with a similar following, but the average user is not in a situation where a number of people would have a significant desire to use an emote based on him/her with any regularity. Con is.
