Entrances: Pick a wall, blow it up. Island is accesible by aheavily guarded coast and a bridge conbecting it to the mainland. Limited access into location. Owned by: The Arkham family (Jeremiah Arkham), Arkham Security (Aaron Cash) and the psychos (RPCs). General Resources: Food whatever RPCs smuggle in.
