This is a place where you can review Lego sets. Anyone can post a review, about any set! I did have this topic on the old lmbs but messed it up horribly. If anyone has a set they'd like to be reveiwed, I'd be happy to do it.
As I mostly buy Classic boxes and have not bought an 'actual' LEGO 'set' since last year, I thought I'd review the Classic Creative Builder Box number 10703.
To begin with, I bought this on a whim. It was discounted and I need doors and windows. Doors and windows which the 10703's box proudly plasters on all sides as having many of. Only... there isn't many. There's 36, "counted them meself". 36 doors and windows in which 19 of them are not in the correct colours i.e. Black, white, tan, brown and grey. And that is just counting the frames.
Honestly, given the current standard of classic boxes, this one's okay. Sure they're far too many yellow bricks (21 1x3s), but who doesn't live in a yellow house, with yellow shutters, a pink door frame and a RED roof. Surely 10 ugly pink 1x4s and another 10 ugly and weird purple 1x4's isn't so bad. Well it is, it accounts for a loss of over 247 good pieces. 247 potential white pieces.
Okay... Honestly, honestly though, it's a pretty decent collection of bricks. These Classic boxes tend to have a greater part-price ratio which favours the customer. So that's a bonus. If you or a family member likes the new hues, then this is a good set. There is a fair amount of actual LEGO blocks, with the addition of some new and rare molds and also, that castle wall is a pretty cool nostalgia boost too.
I'd recommend Classic Creative Builder Box number 10703 to anyone who likes Friends or has a sibling who does and anyone looking for some rarer parts and colours. It's also a good set for those interested in build hospital and police station as it includes quite a few trans blue windows and doors.

Wait, you review the sets?
Well then could you review the Temple of Airjitzu (no idea the numbers) if you're still active?
