Since I approved the post a few hours ago and have some time now to respond, this won't happen because it's impossible for us to actually properly enforce a PM system between users. For ProBoards and basically any other platform for forums, we don't have the ability to view PMs ourselves to ensure they are safe (you can technically do it on a self-hosted forum but LMBE is not that so it's pointless to discuss that idea). Even if we gave the users that ability in good faith nothing would stop them from sending PMs that as posts would be instantly rejected.
TLDR: No.
As for more mods, I'm not aware of any more being taken on but I'm just a mod so an eternal can correct me if I'm wrong.
