There's actually a staff interview topic in the Welcome forum. I suggest you check there. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by question 1. Question 2 should be answered in the other interview. I don't wish to answer question 3. Is there a valid answer to question 4 other than "yes"? Question 5 makes an invalid assumption that I would put myself in danger by not creating LMBE and also refers to LMBE with an incorrect name. It's LMBE, not the LMBEs.
Also, what does AK stand for? Alaska?
