The hammer knocks him out of the air, but he lands on his feet. He reaches for the nearest streetlight, rips it out of the ground, and swings it at Thor.

Danek emerges from the bifrost, appearing on a sidewalk. He is surrounded by skyscrapers everywhere he looks.
So this is where the heroes of Earth gather, he thinks.
I should be able to find an ally here. He proceeds to walk down the sidewalk, not knowing where to go.
Superboy and Thor are fighting Doomsday nearby. You may find an ally there.

Demon teleports behind Doctor Fate, appearing in the middle of swinging of his sword.
Doctor Fate flies forward, spins round, and fires repeated energy blasts as Demon.

It hits Doomsday, and he is pushed into the building. He breaks through the wall on impact and lands on the floor.

Demon uses the flat of the sword to block and absorb the energy blasts. He retaliates with lasers and a nearby car.
