Judah I do not believe it was your right to abolish the crossover act. I also do not believe it is your right to post all the topics here. Let us do that. We should at least have a vote on the crossover act.
We did vote and the majority (by that everyone except one) voted NO. However, I did suggest a separate crossover roleplay.
Also, I know it is not my right. I just felt that only certain people should, do to the fact that the old roleplay was filled with TONS of dupes, inactives, and useless topics. Also, I have written up the Starting Post forms, so the RCC can get to filling the RP.
OOC: I don't know if you have good grammar or not... but i understand drake. Not all the users on the old RP came here to vote on SHaRP. If so then it might have not been abolished. The old RP was the old RP this is the Super Heroes RP on here.
I'm saying that maybe you should've waited until there were a few more users before making such a big decision.
Also, I think I do have good grammar.
Okay, here is the deal.
Ciar, on the old RP, the Crossover Act wasn't helping anything. The few remaining users did actually want to abolish it, but the notion was passed just before the LMB went down. In Project SHaRP, we voted that only canon MARVEL and DC characters were allowed, and that crossovers did not count.
And I never said you had bad grammar. I only said I'm a perfectionist, and thus wouldn't like a repeat of the original RP. Trust me, it was a nightmare. I could go on. Anyway, I am sorry if I offended you. You probably do have excellent grammar. And from looking at your posts I can see that it is true.

TO ALL RCC MEMBERS Yo, waddup. Me again. Okay, so to put up a new post, you gotta fill out one of these three forms. These forms will serve as the starting post for each new topic. You get the general idea, right? Okay. So basically, you fill out the appropriate form, copy and paste, and presto, you have a new, legal, certified topic for the roleplay. Oh, and BTW, to keep in tradition with the old rules, we'll have any unauthorized posts rejected to keep the clutter out of our roleplay. Thanks.
So, we have the forms, the keys, the examples. Simple. All you really need the keys and examples for is to clarify the clouded. Just copy and paste the actual forms to create a topic.
*City Topic Form* (City Name)
Planet: Location: Style: Size: Description:
Species: Population: NPCs:
*City Topic Key* (The name of the city.)
Planet: Which planet the city is on. Location: If applicable, country where city is located, or at least general location on the planet. Style: Gothic, futuristic, run-down. Etc. Size: Little village or huge honkin' metropolis? Description: A brief description describing the city, it's status, a little history maybe, any distinguishing characteristics.
Species: Primary species. Human, god, alien, etc. Population: City's population. Look it up if you don't know what it is. Trust me, most comic cities have official populations. NPCs: A brief list of all important NPCs, such as police, S.W.A.T., mayor, and maybe others. These NPCs are used in case of an emergency.
*City Topic Example* Gotham City
Planet: Earth Location: United States of America Style: Gothic Size: Very big city Description: Gotham City is one of the oldest Eastern urban centers in the US. It nestles at the mouth of the turbid Gotham River upon islands once peopled by the vanished Miagani tribe of Native Americans. Today, crime lurks in the shadows, waiting to prey on the innocent. The only defense against crime seems to be the vast myriad of vigilantes, who wage their own private wars on crime.
Species: Human Population: 4 Million (I'm just guessing here, I'll look it up soon.) NPCs: >Gotham City Police Department (GCPD) >S.W.A.T. Team >Civilians >Mayor Grange
Planet: Which planet it's on or, if it's a spaceship, just say something like "Space". Location: Where it is at on said planet, or, if in space, just say "Varies". Location Status: Is it secret, or did Tony Stark announce it's address on public television? This is important, as no one can just enter the HQ willy-nilly unless they know the location. Description: A brief description, mentioning any insignificant little details like "It's a massive cave underground" or "It's a frozen fortress opened via freakin' massive key" or "It has a big A on the top". You know, small stuff like that. Entrances: If you know the location, you may want to know that if it's underground you can't really come in smashing through the wall. Secret entrances, possible entrances, usual entrances, etc.
Owned by: Which RPC (or RPCs) owns the HQ, and thus have authority over it. General Resources: Be it a crystal-powered computer, a vast array of weaponry or gadgets, or a rather inconvenient Invisible Jet, HQs have stuff. List them here, and if it's too much stuff, write a brief summary including the most important and useful stuff.
*Headquarters Topic Example* The Batcave
Planet: Earth Location: Near the outskirts of Gotham City, USA, beneath Wayne Manor. Location Status: Secret, known only to residents. Description: Beneath Wayne Manor lies a massive cavern, where Batman constructed a state-of-the-art crime lab and headquarters. Multi-leveled, it houses many features, such as a Crime Lab, Garage, Gymnasium, Trophy Room, Research Center, Life Support Generators, and a high-tech Bat-Computer. Entrances: Secret stairwell from Wayne Manor into the Garage, secret elevator from Wayne Manor into the Crime Lab, multiple vehicle entrances and exits.
Owned by: Bruce Wayne, and members of the Wayne family. General Resources: A vast array of bat-themed gadgets, such as grappling hooks and Batarangs, vehicles, such as cars, planes, and helicopters, computers, lab equipment, and more.
*Other Location Topic Form* (Location)
Planet: Location: Type: Description:
Owned by:
Other notes:
*Other Location Topic Key* (Name of the location)
Planet: Which planet is it on? Location: In a city, the middle of nowhere, somewhere in Knowhere, etc. Type: Business, residence, coffee shop, what kinda place is it in a nutshell? Description: A description of the location, including what it is, what it does, what's there, why it's there, and what to do with it.
Owned by: Whoever owns it.
Other notes: Other things you may want to mention.
Planet: Earth Location: New York City, USA Type: Large tower, news provider Description: Also known as DBC, this is where New York gets it's news. DBC provides news in the form of broadcast, websites, newspapers, but mostly a massive TV screen in the middle of town, broadcasting a massive image of J. Jonah Jameson calling Spider-Man a menace.
Owned by: J. Jonah Jameson
Other notes: >This topic is one of two news topics, where the owners write out news reports about the roleplay. The other news topic is the Daily Planet, owned by Perry White. >Not much actual roleplaying is done here, so if you can, please avoid doing so.
And so, that is that. Three forms. Now, users may suggest topics, RCC members can fill out the appropriate form, and post new locations. As always, please use proper punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and proper grammar.

Before I start, it’s good to see that you can take constructive criticism and not get mad about it.
Ok, here I go.
I was on the old RP. I was one of those who voted for the CA. It was helping. It added a W hole range of new characters and locations. It added diversity to a bland RP. I remember an Infinity Stone being stored on Galifrey and Thanos came to retrieve it.
The least SHaRP could’ve done would’ve been to wait until there were a substantial amount of users before making such a big decision such as this. If you had temporarily put it on hold, I would understand. But that didn’t happen so it didn’t happen.
As I’ve said before, I was on the old RP. I know what it was like. Restricting all the topic posts is not a solution. Then again, I’m glad that SOME users other than yourself can post topics, even if it is only 6 others.
Sorry about all this, just I needed to express my dissatisfaction with the system in place.
Can I post the DBC now? If that’s ok, since I’m not on the RCC.

{JAMMERS! Drake & batonmaster500 ONLY!} No hard feelings? I just felt these issues needed to be addressed.
I love this part of the job. Carrying on 5+ conversations at once.
1) True, it added variety, but eventually it just became a Crossover RP and not a Superhero RP.
2) We started this back in May 2017. We had to get going, so we took a vote, and got a response. Also, the majority of the members were actually around back then.
3) You may have seen the first page of topics, but trust me, during the final days, the other 26 pages were (and this is a scientific term) a nightmare. I am glad you're glad.
{JAMMERS! Ciar and Baton ONLY!} No problem. You speak up. That's fine by me. After all, if the colonists didn't speak up, we wouldn't have America! (Too bad they didn't speak up twenty years ago to SAVE our America. )
We did vote and the majority (by that everyone except one) voted NO. However, I did suggest a separate crossover roleplay.
