A family owned business funded by the government to keep the whacks in but in reality its the whacks thatrun the place thanksto knowledge of the buildings structure and what seems like an unlimited supply of explisives. Entrances: Pick a wall, blow it up. Island is accesible by aheavily guarded coast and a bridge conbecting it to the mainland. Limited access into location. Owned by: The Arkham family (Jeremiah Arkham), Arkham Security (Aaron Cash) and the psychos (RPCs). General Resources: Food whatever RPCs smuggle in.
