Did. Russia. Have. Colonies. In the Caribbean. They didn't. They had colonies in Alaska that failed. On the other hand, the 'Big 5' had colonies in the Caribbean.
They had land in Europe and Asia. This RP isn't in Europe or Asia. It's in the Caribbean Sea where the LEGO theme is set.

The Dutch were a large power in this time period as well. They were one of the main nations trying to claim land in North America, and the Dutch Golden age was during the 1600s. In that time period they one a world leader in trade, science, and military. They had a huge role in this time period.
