It is firmly against the rules to use mobile anyway. I want to say that anyone who did use it would get banned, but that's not in the Rules and Guidelines, so I might just have made it up.

It's sort of a strike system so if you did use it once we give a warning not to do it again. Repeated use results in bans though.

What if you use it "legally"? As in post but follow the rules?

You'll still get a warning purely because you've not allowed us to moderate the post. The vast majority of cases are just people forgetting not to use it so we aren't going to straight up ban you if you've done it a few times and in all the cases I've personally dealt with the posts themselves are fine.
