Sa’Qhala: “I mean, what kind of man would just go ahead and free up prison space? Flygarra would be brutal on some things that may offend his people, but for these prisoners to have no trial...? Now, how would you treat them, if they had a fair trial?”
-Flygarra grunted and showed a grin of intrest-
Flygarra: “Hmph, say what you want, but the only things that those prisoners keep saying is about how much they think we want to take over all of Chima! Honestly, why be happy controlling all chi and land, when you can just keep everyone under constant fear...? Thats what my military is working on...” -he said, slowly sitting back into his chair-
Owlina: “So... you think putting all of chima under constant terror is going to make you feel better?” -she said quietly, and the owls in the jurys agreed with her-

Flygarra: “I dunno, does the fact that we need more chi and land and resources answer that for you? Your tribes need our help, yaknow...” -he said with a sly grin.-

Name: Piratox Species: Piranha Gender: Male Rank: King Appearance: Standard green and red piranha, his chi harness is green with gold shoulder pads. He wears a ripped up red cape, ripped up brown pants, and a small breathing apparatus around his gills filled with water, for when he's on land. The apparatus is armored, so as to avoid it being broken in combat. He has burning red and yellow eyes like a Sith Lord. Weapons and Gear: Gold and green turtle sword with a bunch of slashes in it, a spiky bayonet-like chi blaster, and a piranha tooth scythe. Personality: Very evil and smart, but he has a tiny bit of regret left inside of him that sometimes comes out even though he tries to suppress it. Backstory: A very unusual road. As the only piranha who decided not to drink chi, Piratox was the tribe's Legend Beast for a few hundred years. However, he eventually got bored with being primitive and changed his mind, drinking chi. Using his high status as a former Legend Beast, Piratox took over the Piranha Tribe, with very few piranhas denying him as their new king. Around 200 years ago, after a group of jealous piranhas attempted to assassinate Piratox (and almost got away with it, despite being defeated) he became much more protective of his position, and realized that he needed to crush any resistance within his tribe if he intended to keep his new monarchy strong and prosperous. After the piranhas original HQ in the northeast of Chima was destroyed in an earthquake, Piratox led an evacuation down south. The piranhas then met the turtles, who kindly let them live in their city while the piranhas built a new HQ. Piratox then met King Tyron, and although the two monarchs disagreed when it came to leading their respective tribes (Tyron earning loyalty out of respect, Piratox earning loyalty out of fear), they formed a lasting friendship, and Piratox built his new HQ just southeast of turtle territory. It wasn't long before the piranha tribe allied with the turtle tribe, and their alliance remained for a long time. Over time, when some other tribes went to war with each other, many of them tried to get the Turtle-Piranha Alliance to help. Piratox eagerly wanted to assist in wars, whereas Tyron always tried to negotiate for peace. Piratox eventually lost his patience, gave in to his love of fighting, and used his army to assist the Koopas in a small war with one of the desert tribes [if this contradicts anything, I'll tweak it]. However, without the turtle army aiding and doubling the size of his forces, Piratox and his army fell victim to a deadly ambush at one point in the war when they weren't with the Koopas. Piratox's forces suffered major casualties. Piratox became enraged at Tyron for not aiding him in war, and because of Tyron always avoiding wars and as such, not aiding the piranha army, Piratox blamed his old friend for the casualties his tribe suffered that day. 20 years ago, according to piranha beliefs, Piratox sat and thought deeply for 26 days in piranha HQ, until deciding that the only way to use the turtle army to his advantage was to destroy Tyron and install a puppet leader of the turtle tribe who would "willingly" go to war at Piratox's command. Piratox made a deal with a turtle to assassinate Tyron and then install this turtle, who was seemingly loyal to Piratox, as the new king. But just as he put the plan into action, Piratox discovered that the turtle was actually a spy for Tyron himself, and his plan was foiled. After this, the turtles distrusted the piranhas, and the piranhas simultaneously distrusted the turtles. Realizing that he had to destroy Tyron himself and takeover both tribes by force, Piratox had the piranhas attack Turtle Temple-City, beginning the Turtle—Piranha war that raged for the rest of the year. During his final attack on the city near the end of the war, Piratox eventually engaged his friend-turned-enemy Tyron in an epic duel on top of the city, on the roof above the throne room. During the duel, Piratox stole one of Tyron's swords, and keeps it to this day. An enraged Piratox furiously fought a saddened Tyron, in a climactic final battle. The battle between the two warrior-kings ended in a stalemate when they were blasted off the roof by a missile, landed in the ocean, and got separated. Piratox swam back to his troops and retreated when the turtles started to win the battle thanks to their new navy. As the war went on, Piratox staged his battles as far inland as possible to avoid the turtles' unstoppable fleet. Because of this though, the turtles were able to push the piranhas farther east, and eventually destroyed the piranha HQ. Piratox had no choice but to cut the war short and retreat into the unexplored southeast rainforest, where he could regroup his army in secret. There, the piranha tribe has remained for 19 years, and they built their new HQ at the Chimazon River. Over time, Piratox realized that during the war, he'd not only lost his HQ and his alliance, but also his friendship with Tyron, all because of his own actions. Refusing to blame himself for what happened, Piratox blamed Tyron for everything, making himself hate Tyron even more.
Name: Pirex Species: Piranha Gender: Male Rank: Commander (1 of 5) Appearance: Standard piranha appearance. Pirex doesn't have shoulder pads, and his chi harness is on a sash that goes across his torso. He wears ripped up red pants that are partially covered by old chain mail. He wears a winged jet pack on his back. The wings retract into the jet pack when he's not flying, and spread out to their full length (the size of eagle wings, but shaped like the wings of a jet) when he flies. Weapons and Gear: Piranha sword, two null ray laser blasters mounted on his arms, stolen turtle shield (the turtle shields look like golden shells). Personality: Like Starscream from Transformers. Very evil and bold, not very smart, but he thinks he's brilliant. Pirex is power-hungry and thinks he'd make a better leader than Piratox. He wants to someday destroy Piratox and lead the Piranha Tribe to take over Chima and defeat the turtles. Backstory: Pirex was the son of one of the piranhas who tried to rebel against Piratox. Since Pirex was born before the arrival of chi, he drank chi as a child. After he drank chi, Pirex' hardcore father put him through several years of intense physical tests, all of which Pirex eventually passed by cheating. This gave Pirex the idea that cheating and lying, the easy ways out in any situation, should always be employed. His father, who wasn't aware of his cheating, then taught Pirex that power should be forcefully seized, because it took too long to earn it. Hundreds of years later, a now-adult Pirex looked on as his father and his father's cronies planned against Piratox' relatively new leadership. Pirex wanted to seize power himself, but didn't want to join his father's scheme, in case the plan didn't work. After his failed attempt on Piratox' life, Pirex' father, the only survivor of the small group, came to Pirex asking for help. Pirex reassured him that he would receive help. Pirex then destroyed his own father in order to keep himself from being executed for treason, and also to get another competitor to the throne out of the picture. During the Turtle—Piranha War 20 years ago, Pirex took credit for the battle plans of other, higher-ranking soldiers, which earned him the rank of Commander. Pirex disagreed with Piratox' decision to retreat into the rainforest at the end of the war, and felt that they should've kept fighting.
Wait, did you just say that the 1ic got assassinated before the actual RP?

No. Some traitors attempted to assassinate him, but failed.

Piratox sits in his throne room in the Temple of Teeth. His throne is made out of the bones and razor sharp teeth of the piranhas who once tried to oppose him. The King's commanders and nobles surround him, each discussing their own plans to destroy the turtles. "We have built up our vehicles and army for 20 years!" Pirex says in his high-pitched, raspy voice. "We should attack the turtles now and crush their city!!!" Piratox, in his deep, gravelly voice: "Pirex, you fool. We can't immediately rush into battle and to our doom. We must first make a complex strategy that will take the turtles completely by surprise! Let's hear what the Duke and Duchess have to say." Pirex (turning to the siblings and scowling): "Yes, let's!"
