OOC: Extreme impractical. Any civilian not sane enough to have brought ear protection will be made deaf by the jets. You're gonna have kids finding a way to wander into the restricted areas, and spies may be able to infiltrate it.
I am also almost sure that this ship is a war crime, as it could practically hold all of the passengers hostage, and force enemy ships to fire at civilians. Cue martial courts and terrible propaganda for whomever owns this.
(OOC: YAY, I LOVE IT WHEN YOU FIND COMEDIC FLAWS!! In reality, yes, i can agree with you, but, there is like, twenty people for every ratio that aren't going to be protected in the event of naval combat. The deafness part can be rectified via sound-proof walls. Plus said ear protection. The War Crime part, i cal also understand, but, what better captian for a ship of this stature, than a wannabe pirate?!
Name: Ppyrr Rrypp Species: Piranha Gender: Male Rank: Duke (2ic) Appearance: Grey and blue piranha. Wears the skin of a pike that he slew like a cape with a hood. Rumour has it that the pike's name was Ppyrr Silver chi harness, white shirt with sleeves ripped off and jagged edges where they were, black pants with jagged edges where the bottoms of the legs were. Has a necklace with a Velociraptor tooth. He has brown boots. Weapons & Gear: Severed swordfish and sawfish noses, eagle talons attached to the fins of the pike, chi crossbow, has a holder in each boot for a knife, and a spear with a snow leopard tooth on it. He can use the velociraptor tooth in emergencies, and he has a vial of poison that can be applied to any weapons he already has. Personality: Arrogant, if Piratox weren't king that he would be a contender. Backstory: Ppyrrwatched in the background as stuff went on. Before Piratox drank Chi,Ppyrr was considering taking the throne. He hadn't before, because he was afraid his sister (The Duchess) would find out. After Piratox became leader, he saw that it was hopeless to take out this new contender especially after he saw what happened to those who tried. After his sister was given the title of duchess, he asked to be duke. Ppyrr proved that he was worthy of the title in the war with the desert tribes which happened later. He happened to be sick at the time of the last battle of that war (or that is what he claims) . During the last battle of the war with the turtles, he took out and slew the former supreme commander of the turtles. He started advancing toward the king to help Piratox when Typhoon stepped in his way. He growled something like "Get out of my way, or you'll regret it!" He then swung at Typhoon expecting to take him out with one hit. To his surprise the turtle parried, and after an intense duel, Ppyrr was bested. He started slowly backing up when a 'BOOM' was heard and he saw both leaders launched out to sea. Ppyrr's sister (decade, fill this in later) started shouting for a retreat and the army regrouped with Piratox. Ppyrr was sullen about his losing the duel and Typhoon is his sworn archenemy. Unlike Piratox, Ppyrr blames himself for the loss, because he was defeated by Typhoon.
2ic for Piranha tribe.
Name: Pihana Kei. (AKA, “Saki”.)
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Voice Actor: Lani Minella
Appearance: Like this character from the N64 game, “Sin and Punishment”. A reason why she has these very neat looking clothes is stated in her bio.
Weapon of choice: A hybrid chi Plasma blade and blaster that glows purple named the “Purple Passion”. The weapon above in the picture. (the character she is based off of, is actually male. I swear this guy was a girl when I encountered him in Smash bros. Brawl! Why does Japan make me question gender?! )
Personality: She is a different one. Pretty much a modernist. Always invoking her kingdom to go industrial and modern. She’s stubborn and head-strong, and a brave girl whom is never afraid to get her hands dirty. Strong and agile, she is a perfect woman for battle.
Vehicle of choice: The “Piranha Terror”. (See below)
Backstory: From being chi-evolved along with her brother, she developed the interest of being a brave leader, much liker her brother’s attempt to become leader before Piratox gained his position for fraudulent evolution shareholding, and swaying those fearful and reactionary minds of the primitive piranhas. From this event, Saki is a bit dis-trusting of Piratox, but still obeys his commands, weather she likes it or not. She trusts her brother very well, but sometimes babys him whenever things seem a bit too rough for him, even though Prrryrht (how do you even spell his name?! ) is older than her by two years. Pihana’s love for technology made it clear that she wanted to modernize the tribe, due to their very middle-age tech, and the self-development of her own weapon, which she calls the “Purple Passion”. And the vehicle she drives, being the “Piranha Terror”.
Her choice in clothing style makes her very well known in her tribe due to having no rough and rowdy and ripped up clothing as of her tribal peers. She seeks more humanity in the ruthlessness in the tribe, and wishes they were more peaceful. But whatever the chance, if a fight is given to her, she will accept it with brave spirits. Not being your typical dutchess, she is more liberal and less monarchy-minded, becuase, not every tribe needs to be a feudalist society of divine right. Although she had many indirect duels in the Turtle-Piranha war, she always had a mindset the battle for what she belived in.
It's odd to picture that character with the head of a barracuda guardian from LEGO Atlantis.
(More or less the Head mold for Chima piranhas, except smaller and not covering the torso)

OOC: Oh, i was thinking that they looked like Chima figures do. With the Piranha looking face on a minifigure head. Well thanks for ruining my awesome looking imagination image of Ppyrr and all the other piranhas.

-my facial reaction to the Piranha minifigure-
-a face of disgust- (OOC: Hate to say it but the minifigure looks ugly! no offense but i would refine the design. )

(OOC: I see. this will all make sense when i get the capin’ of this ship’s bio out. I mean, the ship I supposed to look like a hybrid Aircraft Carrier and Cruise Liner fixed on a large Kyogre body. Its fins and tail propelling the ship like a giant metal roman tryine. Once i get my mind fixated on drawing how the ship will look, it’ll look amazing. )

I'm finally going to post the HQs for my 2 villain tribes.
Temple of Teeth (Piranha HQ) Deep in Chima's southeast rainforest, the evil piranha tribe dwells. Their tan-colored temple is built upon an enormous bridge going across the Chimazon River (the largest river in Chima). Beneath, in front, and behind the temple are hundreds of small, artificial islands dotting the river. Each island holds 1 to 5 buildings. This collection of islands with buildings forms the piranha river city. The temple itself looks essentially like five Aztec pyramid-shaped block temples combined together, but with hundreds upon hundreds of deadly spikes jutting out. The spikes look like sharp, tan-colored piranha teeth, so the HQ is called the Temple of Teeth. Many of the spikes at the five-pointed top of the temple are curved, like the horns of a demon. Many of the lower spikes are capable of being launched out of the temple to pierce invaders or invaders' vehicles. There are two ways into the temple; two identical giant doors on either side of the bridge. When people walk up the curved bridge, they will find the doors up ahead. But if the visitor isn't a piranha, or isn't there for business, the piranhas stationed on the wall above the doors will activate a mechanism that opens a trapdoor in the bridge, which will drop the visitor down into the river below, where hungry piranha citizens wait (all of that is identical on both sides of the bridge). The piranhas allowed plants to grow in their temple, so vines wind in and out of it, giving the Temple of Teeth a very jungle-environment look. Finally, the interior of the temple; pretty much like any other headquarters, but with plants and water all throughout it. The high-ranking members of the tribe all live in the temple.
Tribe Ranks Piranha King—1ic: Piratox Duke and Duchess—2ic: 2 positions open (one male, one female). Supreme Commander—3ic: 1 position open. Commander (5x)—4ic: Pirex, 4 more positions open.
Every other military or non-military occupation: Infinite positions open.
Piratox and Pirex profiles coming soon.
Name: Piratox Species: Piranha Gender: Male Rank: King Appearance: Standard green and red piranha, his chi harness is green with gold shoulder pads. He wears a ripped up red cape, ripped up brown pants, and a small breathing apparatus around his gills filled with water, for when he's on land. The apparatus is armored, so as to avoid it being broken in combat. He has burning red and yellow eyes like a Sith Lord. Weapons and Gear: Gold and green turtle sword with a bunch of slashes in it, a spiky bayonet-like chi blaster, and a piranha tooth scythe. Personality: Very evil and smart, but he has a tiny bit of regret left inside of him that sometimes comes out even though he tries to suppress it. Backstory: A very unusual road. As the only piranha who decided not to drink chi, Piratox was the tribe's Legend Beast for a few hundred years. However, he eventually got bored with being primitive and changed his mind, drinking chi. Using his high status as a former Legend Beast, Piratox took over the Piranha Tribe, with very few piranhas denying him as their new king. Around 200 years ago, after a group of jealous piranhas attempted to assassinate Piratox (and almost got away with it, despite being defeated) he became much more protective of his position, and realized that he needed to crush any resistance within his tribe if he intended to keep his new monarchy strong and prosperous. After the piranhas original HQ in the northeast of Chima was destroyed in an earthquake, Piratox led an evacuation down south. The piranhas then met the turtles, who kindly let them live in their city while the piranhas built a new HQ. Piratox then met King Tyron, and although the two monarchs disagreed when it came to leading their respective tribes (Tyron earning loyalty out of respect, Piratox earning loyalty out of fear), they formed a lasting friendship, and Piratox built his new HQ just southeast of turtle territory. It wasn't long before the piranha tribe allied with the turtle tribe, and their alliance remained for a long time. Over time, when some other tribes went to war with each other, many of them tried to get the Turtle-Piranha Alliance to help. Piratox eagerly wanted to assist in wars, whereas Tyron always tried to negotiate for peace. Piratox eventually lost his patience, gave in to his love of fighting, and used his army to assist the Koopas in a small war with one of the desert tribes [if this contradicts anything, I'll tweak it]. However, without the turtle army aiding and doubling the size of his forces, Piratox and his army fell victim to a deadly ambush at one point in the war when they weren't with the Koopas. Piratox's forces suffered major casualties. Piratox became enraged at Tyron for not aiding him in war, and because of Tyron always avoiding wars and as such, not aiding the piranha army, Piratox blamed his old friend for the casualties his tribe suffered that day. 20 years ago, according to piranha beliefs, Piratox sat and thought deeply for 26 days in piranha HQ, until deciding that the only way to use the turtle army to his advantage was to destroy Tyron and install a puppet leader of the turtle tribe who would "willingly" go to war at Piratox's command. Piratox made a deal with a turtle to assassinate Tyron and then install this turtle, who was seemingly loyal to Piratox, as the new king. But just as he put the plan into action, Piratox discovered that the turtle was actually a spy for Tyron himself, and his plan was foiled. After this, the turtles distrusted the piranhas, and the piranhas simultaneously distrusted the turtles. Realizing that he had to destroy Tyron himself and takeover both tribes by force, Piratox had the piranhas attack Turtle Temple-City, beginning the Turtle—Piranha war that raged for the rest of the year. During his final attack on the city near the end of the war, Piratox eventually engaged his friend-turned-enemy Tyron in an epic duel on top of the city, on the roof above the throne room. During the duel, Piratox stole one of Tyron's swords, and keeps it to this day. An enraged Piratox furiously fought a saddened Tyron, in a climactic final battle. The battle between the two warrior-kings ended in a stalemate when they were blasted off the roof by a missile, landed in the ocean, and got separated. Piratox swam back to his troops and retreated when the turtles started to win the battle thanks to their new navy. As the war went on, Piratox staged his battles as far inland as possible to avoid the turtles' unstoppable fleet. Because of this though, the turtles were able to push the piranhas farther east, and eventually destroyed the piranha HQ. Piratox had no choice but to cut the war short and retreat into the unexplored southeast rainforest, where he could regroup his army in secret. There, the piranha tribe has remained for 19 years, and they built their new HQ at the Chimazon River. Over time, Piratox realized that during the war, he'd not only lost his HQ and his alliance, but also his friendship with Tyron, all because of his own actions. Refusing to blame himself for what happened, Piratox blamed Tyron for everything, making himself hate Tyron even more.
Name: Pirex Species: Piranha Gender: Male Rank: Commander (1 of 5) Appearance: Standard piranha appearance. Pirex doesn't have shoulder pads, and his chi harness is on a sash that goes across his torso. He wears ripped up red pants that are partially covered by old chain mail. He wears a winged jet pack on his back. The wings retract into the jet pack when he's not flying, and spread out to their full length (the size of eagle wings, but shaped like the wings of a jet) when he flies. Weapons and Gear: Piranha sword, two null ray laser blasters mounted on his arms, stolen turtle shield (the turtle shields look like golden shells). Personality: Like Starscream from Transformers. Very evil and bold, not very smart, but he thinks he's brilliant. Pirex is power-hungry and thinks he'd make a better leader than Piratox. He wants to someday destroy Piratox and lead the Piranha Tribe to take over Chima and defeat the turtles. Backstory: Pirex was the son of one of the piranhas who tried to rebel against Piratox. Since Pirex was born before the arrival of chi, he drank chi as a child. After he drank chi, Pirex' hardcore father put him through several years of intense physical tests, all of which Pirex eventually passed by cheating. This gave Pirex the idea that cheating and lying, the easy ways out in any situation, should always be employed. His father, who wasn't aware of his cheating, then taught Pirex that power should be forcefully seized, because it took too long to earn it. Hundreds of years later, a now-adult Pirex looked on as his father and his father's cronies planned against Piratox' relatively new leadership. Pirex wanted to seize power himself, but didn't want to join his father's scheme, in case the plan didn't work. After his failed attempt on Piratox' life, Pirex' father, the only survivor of the small group, came to Pirex asking for help. Pirex reassured him that he would receive help. Pirex then destroyed his own father in order to keep himself from being executed for treason, and also to get another competitor to the throne out of the picture. During the Turtle—Piranha War 20 years ago, Pirex took credit for the battle plans of other, higher-ranking soldiers, which earned him the rank of Commander. Pirex disagreed with Piratox' decision to retreat into the rainforest at the end of the war, and felt that they should've kept fighting.
