(OOC: anyways lets continue. ) -The Owl advisors and Ottowere lead first into the meeting hall, which looked very royal. Courts of all three desert tribes sat as a jury to oversee and vote on things the three leaders will give. The room is full of low-volume chatter and murmurs, all the gossip on the desert tribers being whispered.-
-alongside these pygmy owl advisors were snake advisors too, on the opposite end of the room. The snake Queen was among them, and the snakes in the crowds hissed for her as she bowed to other dignitaries that were arriving into the meeting room as well. Owlina arrived in time and the owls in the crowds hooted for her-
-the only one left was the Flygon King, and the Flygons in the crowds murmurs with worry-
-it has been a few hours, and the jurys were getting restless, the Flygon King hasnt showed, and it prompted such tensions and worrys still-
“Where is the Desert Storm Lord!?” “Where is out Unifying benefactor?!” “The king and demi-god of the desert! Has he forsaken us?!” -cries from the jurys rang out and the two Queens worry-
Owlina: “This is despicable. Where is Flygarra, what makes him do such things as to wait for his bri-err... ‘allied queens’ to do negotiations?!”
Sa’Qhala: “Sure we are all waiting, but what makes the King do this to us?!” -the snake queen hissed out in angst-
-Owlina was tense, but trying to keep her cool.-
Owlina: “Otto, please, go serve your queen and bring the Flygon King here!” -she said in a grouchy tone-
IC: "Yes, y'majesty." *Otto goes out and asks a guard where the Flygon King is.*
(OOC: Hey guys, is it allowed if i make another pokemon tribe? I actually want to make rivals to the Flygons. My original ideas were to make Teams Aqua and Magma in the fanon chima as the Sharpedo Line, and Camerupt Line respectively, and make the Team Leaders, Archie and Maxie, tribe leaders too. In my sense, the team leaders are actually fused with their respective Pokemon (Sharpedo for Archie, Camerupt for Maxie) due to mishap of not “carefully” sharing chi. So the human and pokemon fused into a more chimian body, gaining their partner’s powers and instincts, alongside with the human mind and mixed physical body. But in an effort to just omit the human idea, i went along with an Aggron (Final form, left, used for characer ages 20+)-line tribe instead, which includes its former evo’s, Lairon (second form, middle, will be used for character ages 12-20) and Aron (first form, right, used for character ages 1-11). Images of said Pokemon are below.)
(OOC: I could use other users in my tribes, and i would love the help. I will post the tribe bio later, and my leading character along with that. The type of government the Aggron tribe will run on is akin to the U.S. governmental system. So commie tribes beware! )
OOC: I don't see how the middle and far right could be made into minifigure-form. If you wanted me to join a tribe, you could ask me in jammers or something as to what non-pokemon tribes i would be willing to join. If you have a list of tribes you want to make, you could do that before you make a tribe no one joins.
(OOC: Not unless they have one common enemy. That and i controk both so they will be molded like clay to similar likings and salvations. )
OOC: I don't think that's how love and political marriages work...
Anyway, their children would be hybrids, which would mean that they would not be able to have children, so you are basically terminating two important branches of royal families.

-although the guards were busy looking for the King too, where they looked, there was no DSL (Desert Storm Lord) found, even the most obvious of places were devoid of any evidence of him.-
-little did they all know, Flygarra was in a hidden room of the citadel. All alone and secluded from everyone else. He was in a room which held a beautiful stained glass window mural of all the Unova Pokemon and a odd green-haired man in the center as seen below this paragraph. (Right-click to see the entire image in its full glory. Its amazing up close in detail. )There he sat in the divine window’s glow and meditated. Trying his hardest to remember his past, seemingly centuries and possibly millennia away in his past. He lived too long and it was getting to him. His mind was getting older, and grander, but the old memories and dreams he once had were fading away. He just sat there, amply waiting for a sign, an idea, and irk to hit him. To which he sat in the stained glass window’s glow, and waited for an idea to spread into his mind...-
We are the turtle tribe, the guardians of land and sea.
Prologue/Origin Story:
2,000 years ago, we migrated to Chima from across the ocean after our continent crumbled underwater due to an earthquake. We later discovered that this earthquake was the same one that unleashed magical energies from beneath the earth up into the sky. A lot of turtles stayed on the shores of Chima and became sea turtles, while many others migrated onto the land itself and evolved into tortoises, as well as other inland-dwelling turtles. After we had been here for 1,000 years, the aforementioned energies fell from the sky, returning to the land. However, instead of going back into the ground, the magic energies fused with the ocean water, creating chi. After the sea turtles drank the chi and were evolved, our front legs/fins turned into hands; we used our hands to dig canals in the earth from the sea, and the chi water flowed into the mainland. The land animals drank chi from the rivers we created, and they too were evolved. All the evolved turtles and tortoises from across Chima united with the sea turtles at the shores of the sea as one single tribe. We constructed a towering castle and city to live in and keep watch over our fellow animals, both on land and in sea. There we lived for 1,000 years, and we continue to live here today.....
(HQ layout coming next post. )
Tribe Ranks: 1ic: King—1 position open 2ic: Steward—1 position open 3ic: Sureme Commander (ground military)—1 position open 4ic: Grand Admiral (Naval)—2 positions open 5ic: Admiral (naval)—6 positions open Soldier (ground and sea)—infinite positions open Of course, you don't have to be a soldier. Many turtles are scholars, like librarians and scientists. There is an infinite amount of these positions.
There are about 318 species of turtles and tortoises, and all of them are welcome here! To make a turtle character, simply provide its name, gender, species of turtle/tortoise, and the usual stuff. Example:
Name: Tyron Species: Hawksbill Sea Turtle Gender: Male Rank: Turtle King/1ic. Appearence: Like other hawksbill sea turtles, Tyron has a beak-like mouth and a beautiful shell. As the turtle king, his shell is decorated with gold jewelry, and he wears golden shoulderpads, a golden chi harness, and golden robes decorated with green symbols. The lower part of his robe can be removed when Tyron is in battle, revealing green pants covering his lower body. His shoulderpads can fit inside his shell when his minifigure-shaped body goes inside. Weapons/gear: 2 golden swords, a green staff with an emerald embedded in the top, and a green shield with a brown, shell-like pattern on it. Personality: Tyron is wise and kind. He is over 2,000 years old, but that is considered young in Chimian years. He is very helpful, and assists anyone he can. Backstory: Tyron migrated to Chima with the other turtles 2,000 years ago. 1,000 years ago, after being evolved, Tyron was the one who United all the turtles and tortoises into one tribe, and was crowned king.
(OOC: Say, would you accept turtle/tortoise-like pokemon? Say the Blastiose line (Blastoise, Wartortle, Squirtle), the Carracosta line (Carracosta, Tirtouga) and the Torterra Line (Torterra, Grotle, Turtwig) as part of your tribe or as like some sorta like related tribe that isnt very seperate or so? Feel free to look up the pokemon i mentioned. )
(OOC: Oh yea, speaking about a new character fer ye tribe, The J )
New Poke-Turtle RPC
Name: Tidéus (Tai-day-ous) Tida (last name means “Sun” in Okanawin Japanese.) Gender: Male Age: 17 Race of Turtle: A Pokemon hybrid of a Carracosta and a Blastoise. Type: Water/Rock Height: 5’ 7” Weight: 135lbs. Rank: Can i be a special snowflake and be between 3 and 2 IC? Appearance (for a bodily reference) : Like below, but as minifigure and blah blah blah.
Physical appearance (the details on how i mold his Apperance to fit in the image above.) : Tidéus has disheveled blond hair with spiky layers. His hair is brown in his childhood flashbacks. He wears the logo of the turtle tribe as a silver pendant, and the logo is also printed on his right trouser-leg. Tidéus puts his own flair on the regular outfit by having one shorter and one longer trouser-leg, and a sash that is similar to his father who wore a sash on his right side over a pair of shorts. Tidéus wears yellow and black shoes, a gauntlet on his left hand and a black glove on the other, a yellow jacket with a white hood that fits under his detachable shell, and a blue pauldron and armor over his left arm. The dark dungaree-type outfit he wears over his other clothes is fastened with a black belt that has a metal chain.
Personality: Tidéus is upbeat and carefree and at first appears childish. He turns more serious when things will get hectic in his storyline and despite his carefree ways, conceals a troubled past. Tidéus is sensitive and even when giving an emotional response to most of his arguments, tends to give a good rationale. Having been discriminated in his childhood.
To Tidéus's dismay, he has similarities to his father who tended to deny his position, take things easy, and never worry about the present situation leaving things for the morrow, traits Tidéus despised about him. Tidéus's resemblance to his father is pointed out by Tyron who says Tidéus is "the one running away". A lot of Tidéus's personality is shaped by the comments he used to receive from his father, and how he grew up to resent him. Despite having been verbally offensive, at heart, he was proud of his son and his resolve. Tidéus confronts his childhood and his relationship with his father when living out his new life in Spira (A water-turtle neighborhood for high-class citizens), and matures from a self-centered and outspoken athlete to a selfless hero.
Weapon(s) of Choice: Two Swords. His natural moveset.
Sword 1: “Brotherhood” The Brotherhood (フラタニティ, Furataniti, lit. Fraternity) is Tidéus’ signature sword in. His other signature weapon is his ultimate weapon, the Caladbolg. The Brotherhood is famous for not only being Tidéus’s weapon, but for its unique appearance, seemingly made of water. It is one of the most recognizable swords in the turtle kingdom. The Brotherhood is a longsword terminating in a long hook with a shimmering blue, water-like blade. Small little bubbles exude from the blade itself to show its many water-type moves ability after it’s true potential has been unlocked. The grip of the sword is wrapped in a brown material, and a red ribbon hangs from the pommel area. The guard is black and extends only over the back of the blade. The apperance of said sword is below.
Sword 2: Caladbolg (カラドボルグ, Karadoborugu) is a recurring weapons for Tidéus. The Caladbolg is generally the ultimate weapon for Tidéus. The Caladbolg is his “Celestial Weapon”. It was acquired after beating Multiple opponents in an arena match. It requires the Sun Crest and Moon Sigil to power it up to full, and when powered up it gains the abilities like what Tidéus names as, “Hy-drop”, “The Enemy Goes ‘H2O-No’!”, “Splash-O-Matica”, and “Hydrant-Waves”. This weapon is unique and it ignores a target's Defense stat when calculating damage in addition to dealing more damage the closer Tidéus is to his max HP. Formula is as follows below.
(10 + [100 * User's current HP ÷ User's Max HP]) ÷ 110
OOC: If you want to, sure. There are Flygons from pokemon, Koopas from super mario, and Cuccos from LOZ. The other tribes are all regular animal tribes. Turtles, Walruses, Snakes, Pygmy Owls, Cats, Eagles, Farm Animals, Kangaroos, Snow Leopards, and Ducks... I think that's all. You can either join one of those tribes or you can make a new one with a different animal.

Actually, I mean the ones from Metroid. I'm pretty sure they would mistake the Chi for Phazon!

Okay, but I don't really get what you mean about the rank. Steward and Supreme Commander are both very different ranks. And Steward (2ic) is taken, so...I guess he could be Supreme Commander (3ic)?

And I now want to be Cuttlefish!
Oh, cuttlefish would be cool. We should have more aquatic animal tribes.
