-on farming side of things, Torterra work lands via their Ground and Grass-type moves for crops to grow, waterwheels ran by local farm-hands and adolescent Grotles and Wartortles help their families with work. All seems fine here-

Incinerators were just small buildings and shacks with a large smokestack next to them, the smell of burning garbage gives them more strength and pride in their works, to help further and ease turtle tribe life.-

(OOC: anyways lets continue. ) -The Owl advisors and Ottowere lead first into the meeting hall, which looked very royal. Courts of all three desert tribes sat as a jury to oversee and vote on things the three leaders will give. The room is full of low-volume chatter and murmurs, all the gossip on the desert tribers being whispered.-
-alongside these pygmy owl advisors were snake advisors too, on the opposite end of the room. The snake Queen was among them, and the snakes in the crowds hissed for her as she bowed to other dignitaries that were arriving into the meeting room as well. Owlina arrived in time and the owls in the crowds hooted for her-
-the only one left was the Flygon King, and the Flygons in the crowds murmurs with worry-
-it has been a few hours, and the jurys were getting restless, the Flygon King hasnt showed, and it prompted such tensions and worrys still-
“Where is the Desert Storm Lord!?” “Where is out Unifying benefactor?!” “The king and demi-god of the desert! Has he forsaken us?!” -cries from the jurys rang out and the two Queens worry-
Owlina: “This is despicable. Where is Flygarra, what makes him do such things as to wait for his bri-err... ‘allied queens’ to do negotiations?!”
Sa’Qhala: “Sure we are all waiting, but what makes the King do this to us?!” -the snake queen hissed out in angst-
-Owlina was tense, but trying to keep her cool.-
Owlina: “Otto, please, go serve your queen and bring the Flygon King here!” -she said in a grouchy tone-

Since I'm here, should I join?
OOC: If you want to, sure. There are Flygons from pokemon, Koopas from super mario, and Cuccos from LOZ. The other tribes are all regular animal tribes. Turtles, Walruses, Snakes, Pygmy Owls, Cats, Eagles, Farm Animals, Kangaroos, Snow Leopards, and Ducks... I think that's all. You can either join one of those tribes or you can make a new one with a different animal.

The several administrators, military officers, farmers, factory workers, and bureaucrats slowly disperse, walking away while reading their commands. They vary wildly, some are organising the army, eliminating members of the White Guard still hiding throughout the country, building new infrastructure and forming councils, etc. However, as two men walk through the corridors, they notice that the Premier has followed them. He waits until they have exited the Kremlin, and, at the edge of the deserted City Square, under the light of a lamp post and over a blanket of snow, he finally addresses them:
"Comrades, you may have noticed that I gave you no significant tasks. That is because I wanted to talk personally to you about this. You know that, surprisingly, most countries have done little in opposition to our little civil war. However, there is one threat. That wretched and corrupt empire sits at our western border, and has been rather quiet after their little rise. But now, after we have overthrown the Tsar, they asserted their position in global politics, and have started re-militarising. This is a sign of war, and we must prevent it. As chiefs of our political police and spy agencies, I must ask you to stir up our dormant comrades across the borders."
And so, later that night, a train departed towards the Aquillan Kaiserreich, carrying several politicians.
(OOC: Hey guys, is it allowed if i make another pokemon tribe? I actually want to make rivals to the Flygons. My original ideas were to make Teams Aqua and Magma in the fanon chima as the Sharpedo Line, and Camerupt Line respectively, and make the Team Leaders, Archie and Maxie, tribe leaders too. In my sense, the team leaders are actually fused with their respective Pokemon (Sharpedo for Archie, Camerupt for Maxie) due to mishap of not “carefully” sharing chi. So the human and pokemon fused into a more chimian body, gaining their partner’s powers and instincts, alongside with the human mind and mixed physical body. But in an effort to just omit the human idea, i went along with an Aggron (Final form, left, used for characer ages 20+)-line tribe instead, which includes its former evo’s, Lairon (second form, middle, will be used for character ages 12-20) and Aron (first form, right, used for character ages 1-11). Images of said Pokemon are below.)
