OOC: Sorry, but you got the turtle, snow leopard, and piranha territories way off. The piranha rainforest should be where the "unclaimed land" is on the map. The turtles should be where the snow leopards are on the map, but stretching into the far south, with a giant, almost perfectly circular Cove taking up most of the bottom left corner of the map. The snow leopard ice mountains should be where the turtle and koopa territories are on the map. The dragons are frozen within snow leopard territory, and the dragon lands in the south should be volcanic and barren. Other than that, good map!
(OOC: Like i said, i cannot edit the map next weak, and i suggest you get used to the turtles being in the tropical north, and the S.leopard in the artic south. And like i said, its too much work without drastically editing the geographical image. I wish i could help, but i wont be able to edit it, i will try my best, but bear with me. )
OOC: You forgot Felipe's other tribe. You should have the cats on that map as well, since egor did not end them. Then, there could be icy islands around this for walrus, a desert island for kangaroos, and the UMFA, if you do a map of islands, that is. Great job on the map!
(OOC: Well, for FelipeDutra ’s other tribe, we’ll let him decide if it is retconned out or still exsists. I retcon our Egor’s walrus tribe, so i will have less work on my hands, i will maybe place back my kangaroos, but its iffy on that. You can control the cats if you want. At least edit Egor’s bio he made for the cats and place in your backstory for your cat 1ic. )
OOC: You can't just retcon another's tribe! (You don't have to add it to the make though, if that's too much work.)
(OOC: And as of late, i have updated the map (still havent gotten to work on the UMFA or the Kangaroo Island), now with more geographic features! Ignore the mapscale, its an afterthought on how big i want this fanon chima to be. )
OOC: You should listen to jgread, just keep in mind that the Koopa Forest is the same climate as the Forest Moon of Endor, so don't move it next to the desert or snowy lands.

(OOC: I know, but i worked hard on it, i should have asked for a mockup from him, if you ask me. So i can help finalze it. I did that with Egor’s map of chima he made, i just made it better. )

That's pretty nice, and yes, I retconned the other tribe. Now for criticisms and suggestions, mostly related to names:
The Rhineland should not be a mountain, but rather an area at the Western border, next to a river running by the Eastern border.
The large lake should be renamed to Jägersee.
I was hoping for my HQ to be on a river, and a tad by more northwards
For the mountains, I suggest renaming Mt Kaiser to Königsberg, and Rhineland Mt to Stahlhaupt.

Piratox throws Pirex into the whirlpool, and Pirex disappears beneath the river. Piratox turns, ready to resume his duel with Tyron, only to be blasted off his feet by an aquiline missile striking the ground. Piratox (jumps up and sees the aquiline forces have joined the turtles): "No...no...NO!!!" Piratox looks around and sees that Tyron and Typhoon have disappeared. He can't follow them, as he’d get blasted to bits before getting within 20 feet of the main temple-city. So Piratox returns to his troops and attempts to turn the tides of this battle against the two armies outnumbering his forces.
Many miles away, Pirex' body has drifted down the river, which goes down into the southeastern part of the Snakes' territory. Pirex' body is found and pulled out of the river by the Mad Alchemist... Saleem al'Yousif (takes Pirex' body into his home): "You are truly lucky I fisshed you out of that river, my fishy green friend! Ah-ha-ha-ha-ha! But I am the luckiessst man today. Who better to test my new resssurrection concoction on than Pirex himsself?! Ha, ha-heh-heh!" The yellow and brown rattlesnake picks up Pirex with his tail and dumps him into a pot filled with bubbling, colorful liquids. Pirex sinks into the deep potion, and after a moment, the bubbles start to get bigger, and the pot rumbles slightly. Saleem: "Now to add the finishing touch: my mind control potion! Eh-heh-heh-ha!" Saleem pours a few drops of a swirling blue liquid into the pot, making the potion in the pot even more colorful. Pirex rises from the pot, resurrected. Saleem looks with glee at the piranha standing in the pot. Saleem: "Yesss...yess! It workssss! It'sss alive!! IT'SS ALIVE!! Jump from that pot Pirex, my obedient sservant! You have been reborn, and you have helped me make hisstory!!" "Yes...master..." Pirex says in a monotonous voice, his eyes glowing blue.
(OOC: Saleem Al’Yousif is also forgetting to bring Tidéus to Queen Kyuru. Might as well add Tidéus trying to track down Piratox then. )
(OOC: and dont mind me, just adding to your action, The J. ) -Tidéus, leaving behInd his post and all his men, went down the river to fetch Piratox, to see if he would be a worthy prisoner, little did he know of Al’Yousif’a water-traps, and ends up getting ensnared in one. The Blastoise-Carracosta hybrid pokemon flailing and splashingun the water, foating down the river into the deserts of the snakes-

OOC: While we're on the subject of moving HQs... You may as well have the whole territory be the HQ, because the Forest covers the whole territory. Now that i'm thinking about it... there can be a corridor of trees leading to the gate, with their canopies blocking the sky.
Story: The Koopas came to Chima through a mysterious portal that appeared. None of the koopalings or Bowser and Bowser Jr. came though, so a boomerang bro took charge. They laid claim to the local forest and established a tribe. They welcome visitors and are one of the main tribes. There are huts on the ground and walkways leading to fancy treehouses throughout the forest. In the tribe there are bros and koopas.

Deep in the shady part of Ferropolis, there’s a pawn shop. It’s run by a marten named Crazy Redd, and has no windows, no back door. There is just one entrance, a navy-colored steel door with a peephole in it, or so you think. The shop sells various overpriced odds and ends. There’s a door at the back of the shop leading to a storage room. In it there are storage boxes and a stoat who looks to be napping… looks can be deceiving. You only get access to the shop by knowing a password. If you wish to get into the Rogue Brotherhood, you must know a second password (and be a Weasel, Ferret, Stoat, or Mink) . If you know this password, you will tell it to the stoat and he will speak in some foreign language on a mic. A staircase reveals itself in the floor and you would be led into a giant cave system, known to no one, but the Rogue Brotherhood.
There you have it, The H.Q. of the Rogue Brotherhood, a guild of assassins, thieves, and other types of thugs. They mainly do their work in the Aggron city, but the cave system also has exits near other HQs. If you go to another HQ, they have masters of disguise to provide you with a disguise, if need be.
Ranks. There is joint leadership by a Weasel, a Ferret, and a Stoat.
1ic: Theo Quickeye, 2 positions open.

Name: Wesley (Very generic, I know)
Species: Weasel
Gender: Male
Rank: 1st/2nd in command?
Appearance: Sleek and slender body type like most weasels. His eyes are discolored, one being green while the other is yellow. His fur is a dark brown and he has a white under belly. He wears light chest armor with a belt and loose pants.
Weapons & Gear: Chi rifle and katana
Backstory: Grew up with the Rogue Brotherhood at a young age and has progressed through the ranks steadily.
Back-story: From a dimensional rift in space, mostly likely from Palkia, A population of about 1000 or so Flygon disappeared from Hoenn. There, they were transported to Chima as a result of the destination of being one of the 16 realms. There, the Flygons lived undisturbed until the great distasters that gave rise to Mt. Cavora happened. From there, the Flygons took intrest in their primal animalistic state. From there on, once the Ground-Dragons took a few swigs, their now newly evolved forms took place, giving much stronger arms, human-like legs and much more powerful wings. There on, they established their chi river vally civilization, gaining the ability to use agriculture and chi for fast-developed technology. But after a while, the river dried up of Chi they harvested and wanted more, the hatred and greif of losing such a precious resource turned the surrounding area into a great desert, raging with never-ending sandstorms. This area became The Sand-dancer Desert, also known as to the Flygons, snakes, and pygmy owls as "Alsahra' Almuqadasa". (The Holy Desert.)
The Flygon tribe are inspired by Middle Easterners, and their values are based off to similar islamic values. They will take no mercy to wage holy wars on any crusading enemy whom opposes their religion, values, or any action they make, as they are very militaristic for protecting their holy-land; the land which once bore the fruit of creation from Arceus himself, which evolved them over their limitations quickly and effectively. Now they speak the regular chimian language, and even their own one named "Alkhitab". AKA, "Grounded Speech", which is basically a broken middle-eastern-inspired language that i made. Their clothing is styled after Middle-Eastern trends and and customs as well.
Anyways, onto the Flygon Kingdom itself.
The "Majlis Alhajar Alramlii Almalakii", AKA "Royal Sandstone Council".
The Council is as follows.
1ic: "Easifat Alsahra' Alrab" (Desert Storm Lord): Flygarra Draconia (AKA, "Easifat Alsahra' Alrab Fly Shan'Ran." He should always be called by this title by all flygons. plus the snakes and pygmy owls too, since they all in a preset alliance. )
3Ic: "Qayid Alharb Alumquadasa" (Holy War Commander) (there needs to be two characters whom are siblings to fill this role, Brother and Sister in combat always fight and protect each other!)
4ic: "Rijal Aldiyn Almuqadas." (The Holy Clergy)(about 5 roles open)
There there are the soldiers, which are many of one of the lord's men, and will protect and fight for him, wherever he may be.
