First you post the list of all your super heroes. After that make the villains. Make your cops, or agents to fight crime and the heroes. When you have those done you can make bios for all of your characters (optional). After you've done all this then make the setting(s). Enjoy. (This is a repost from the old MB's)

I have three heroes. My goal was to create fifty heroes, but I only got about thirty. Generator X, who could create metal with his bare hands (The name is a knockoff), Antarctica, Queen of snow and ice (my favorite, although a generic Ice Man, Mr. Freeze, etc.), Skunky, a two-year-old with diaper- and stench-related gadgets (I had a little brother back then ), and Tigress, girl with feline powers (Catwoman and Wolverine ).
Then there's my more recent creations, which I'll speak of later.

Name: Takintee Jekk Kadent Superhero Name: (Does not have one yet) Personality: Quite. If you're his friend he will protect you until he, himself, has fallen. He has a passion for music and loves to hang out with his dwarf mud dragon. Appearance: Average height. He has dark red eyes and hair. He likes to wear running shoes, blue/red T-Shirts that have a Kirby-like creature on them and cargo shorts. He likes video game sweatshirts. has a steam-punk metal band for a ring on his left pointer finger. He almost always has his sound proof headphones on as well (Black with shiny dark red accents) Super powers: This is hard to explain... every power, but he has to be listening to the right song for that power. E.g.: Rap: Fire and Speed. Sea Shanty: Water and wind. Bio: He lives in an apartment (Triple M Enterprises) with his dwarf mud dragon (Shane) and cruddy minimalist furniture. He's almost finished with collage and has a love interest (Sheyla Denvers). His parents where killed in an O-12 operation gone terribly wrong and he has silent hate for them. (Details found in file #1600) He had a little sister but she's dropped of the grid and he's resigned the search for her.
Vowdin (Takintee's world) is a world without rule and with much ruin. There was an order to fix the world (Order 12) but after a disastrous day with a thousand casualties they got a hard shut down. Vowdin is a world that is advanced in technology and weapons. Hope and legend say four people will put an end to this entire crime based system and start it anew. Vowdin is cloudy and cool almost always. It is apt to rain there often and snow sometimes. The whole world is made of metal and Qovioactive dirt. The atmosphere is thinner than ours and the gravity pull, is less. Time is different and light is different. Their sun is a dark red and their sky is a dark green/brown. Their world is generally darker and colder. I will further elaborate later in the story. There are five orders of agents and government. They all work together, and it is much worse then when they worked apart. Branch One: Called the Ictioes Order, it takes care of advancing science, industry, and weaponry. Branch Two: Called the Chinos Order this order takes care of the people. They handle publicity and relations. They also handle court sessions. Branch Three: Called the Ampiratos Order, these agents handle security and 'cleaning up' any breeches or arrests and handle keeping any leaks sealed tight. Branch four: Called the Artacias Order controls the currency and language regulations. They regulate building systems and are the ultimate landlords. They control the bank the land the language the currency the building companies and are in close communication with the Tarimatia. Branch five: Called the Tarimatia Five, these officials control the five parts of government. they often are found together and are almost always bouncing new ideas around. These are the most important people and are heavily guarded at all times.

Vodin's capital is Tundra. There the buildings range from 36 feet to 197 feet. The tallest building that ever was in the city was recorded at 432 feet. The buildings exteriors are made almost entirely out of glass but the insides are made of strong industrial looking metal to keep peoples eyes ears and bodies out.
Takintee's room has a bed made of rickety wood and a few metal reinforces. The bed has a thin Triple M mattress and a same-brand quilt. Beside the bed is a small nightstand. On top of that nightstand are a half-full glass of water and a table lamp with a blue shade. Also in the room is his dragon stand and tank. The stand for the tank is made from a stronger metal, while the tank is glass with a door built into the front. The tank has wood decor/siding and, of course, his mud dragon. The insides of the tank are, a plastic pool to hold water, dirt (as flooring), scattered jungle-looking plants, and a plastic feed bowl made to look like it is wood. Takintee's main area is made up of the living room, and the kitchen. The living room has an older fashioned TV, a small bookcase (housing the TV guide, a fiction books about supers, and a song guide book) with cabinets on the sides (this is where the TV sits), a couch, a threadbare rug, and a bamboo type plant. (This example of the kitchen is from left to right) The kitchen goes, fridge, counter for prep (it also has a microwave type thing), stove, sink. It has a tile topped counters with no back splash. There is a half-wall, dividing the living room and the kitchen, that doubles as a bar. His apartment is number 27 and he has three outlets in his bedroom, five outlets in his living room, and two in his kitchen. One in his room is constantly occupied with a charger cord for his music device.
